Excellent hotel, very senioral, a good walk inside the hotels tells you it is not only rooms for rents, it has different kind of entertainment and offers from gelato, some souvenir store and Starbucks. This concept of hotel are luxurious at a more or less affordable price. Highly recommended
This place was terrible, bad expensive food, terrible service, dirty room, and unfriendly staff. I don't know what parallel universe the good conquistador others have reviewed exists in but this one was a steaming mound of crap. This is the only hotel I have ever felt compelled to leave after one night
A colossal property, massive, unique, recommended
A colossal property, unlike most other resorts in the Caribbean. Massive and self contained, just about everything you could want is on the property. Away from the hustle of San Juan, a favorite of many travelers.
I went to Puerto Rico to visit my family and to have a vacation that I had not had in over 2 years I decided to stay at El Conquistador hotel and I had a wonderful stay even though not the whole thing was open there were very helpful and very caring at the front desk Miss Maria was very nice and very helpful in everything she could be has small little things happened to me but after all it was a real good steak thank you Maria and thank you Waldorf Astoria
Spent Memorial weekend participating of a medical convention with family, friends and colleagues. Check in and out was quick, easy access to our room, excellent housekeeping. Did not eat at the bar/grill/cafe but enjoyed the buffets available at the meeting.
