My staying in a Cid
It was a very nice experience for my family and I. Since it was our first trip to Mexico I was kind of skeptic about it. The moment that we arrived at the hotel everyone made us feel like home. I would definitely go back in the future with my family again
Not great. Repeat
They need to look into the water temp for showers we took cold showers week. When we paid for everything included which was wrong. Room services was not plus 4 restaurant you had to pay $20 for meals. Then you had to walk a lot to get towels since they have only one towel station. The food is the same day after day.
Perfect Location and Perfect Price
Wide Variety of things to do. Loved the pools and the ocean for a variety of fun. The family pool is great for jumping off and the owners pool is great for relaxing in the water. Many places to shop and eat within El Moro and within walking distance of more fun places to deat and shop. Many kind of taxis, buses, etc. Most of the people speak good English in El Moro or the maids have translators on their phones.
I hate saying this but; for Mexiso, it's okay. The serving staff is fantastic! The rooms are old, the towels have seen their usefull life - they should be changed/upgraded. The pillows are dreadful!!!
Went all inclusive: food was very similar in most restaurants, WiFi was NOT included, tennis they DO NOT provide racquets you have to have your own, teen club (the reason we chose this hotel) was very small and a parent MUST SIGN the teen in before they can stay, no activities or places to hang out once theatre show is over. We’ve been as time share guests and loved it but this hotel is NOT ALL INCLUSIVE - not enough on the property. Unfortunately we will not be returning. For the price of our stay I had higher expectations of what I encountered.
