    EL Cid Granada is wonderful

The Granada is set away from the busier resorts of El Moro and Castilla which are across the street via a foot bridge, easy to access the plethera of restaurants, pools, snacks, bars (2 swim up) and the beach. The Granada has its own restaurant and bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of the staff was excellent, but a special shout-out to Leo (who gave us spanish lessons) and Daniel at the Granada resort , Darrio, waiter at EL Patio, Cesar at Cascadia, Francisco at Las Conchas and Roberto at La Alhambra, exceptional staff and the food was excellent for the reservation dinners and we discovered a new blue drink.

    El Cid Resorts Mazatlan

We stayed at the El Cid Granada, which is the older building in the resort, but were very pleased with the size of the rooms, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The pool at the Granada was much quieter than across the road at the busy "family pool" at El Moro which meant that you had a choice depending on your mood. Delicious food too!

    6th visit/

We love the location and the more private pool at the Granada. Service seems to have stepped it up a notch from our prior trips here. We do NOT do the breakfast or dinner buffets at the El Cid but enjoy breakfast at the Granada and enjoy the specialty restaurants with the all inclusive pkg. The lunch buffet overlooking the ocean at El Cid is also very good. The value for services is good allowing us extra $ to spend outside resort at the great local restaurants in walking distance from Granada. Specialty restaurant Argentino is a must!

    Magnificent

Where to start, the whole experience was one that I would recommend to everyone. The food was good, with lots of variety. The evening meals were first class and the ladies and gentlemen that maintaine the rooms and the halls are very friendly and professional.

Fun times at Granada El Cid

The staff at Granada are friendly and helpful. The pool area and resturant are a jewel. If your looking for quiet this is the spot. The pool is heated and the staff keep it well maintained. Sometimes the activities staff have a challenge to get people up and active but Leo does a great job with bingo, yoga and spanish classes just to name a few. Great job Leo and the rest of the staff at Granada.
