Nov 03, 2025First time here, but definitely not the last!!! Can't wait to come back!!
We stayed here for a family vacation and had the most wonderful time. This place has everything to offer. Very clean atmosphere, attentive staff, exceptional food and drink. Why would anyone stay elsewhere? I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Amazing Staff!!
This was my second time staying at Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort, and I loved it even more this time around. The staff were amazing. Javier Sanchez, Joel, and Ramon really made our stay special. Javier always greeted us with a smile and provided the best service in Carnival. He even had the patience to teach us a little bit of Spanish with each visit and gave us safety tips when heading out for festivities. Joel and Ramon provided all the entertainment, day and night. Whether it was water aerobics in the morning, or karaoke at night, they brought so much energy and always had us laughing. I genuinely can’t thank the Dreams staff enough for taking such good care of us, and making it a friends trip we’ll never forget.

We had a great time at this resort. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff make this small resort exceptional. In no particular order the standouts for us were Mauricio and Ricardo in the Preferred Club, Alma with the UVC club (we are not members, but she’s amazing), Joel with the entertainment crew, Jimmy and Noe with Watersports. The complete standouts for us however were Victor in the buffet and Alejandro in the buffet. They could t so enough for you. As always with this brand I appreciate not having to make dinner reservations. The only downside is that they have recently made it so adults can’t access the secrets side of the resort if they don’t purchase the access. To do so, you have to purchase it for the entirety of your stay or the last day of your trip if you choose not to purchase for the entirety. The secrets adults can access the dreams side at will. Not a deal breaker, just information.

Oct 31, 2025VERY VERY noisy Hotel
That hotel, the Dreams Vallarta Is not a place to rest your self. There music is so loud at the pools and they are making weddings 4 times per week. Differents music playing at the same time. It's so cahotic. Even if you go in your room, you wont be able to listen to your tv. The staff is great, the food also, it is very clean but i will never recommend this place for people that want to be a little quiet!

Oct 28, 2025Disappointed on what I received for the price I paid.
The property is nice although a bit outdated. There were no overhead fans in the common areas, so it was very hot. The staff were friendly and helpful, excellent customer service. However the drinks were terrible, watered down, the worst margaritas I had in Mexico. I did not like the constant selling and haggling at the beach, especially while I'm trying to relax.
