    Best Family Trip

    Best resort ever. Jorge and Alberto in entertainment were absolutely amazing! We have 4 kids - 2, 4, 15 and 18! We had so much fun with the activities, beach, entertainment and the food was great! We will definitely be coming back soon’ best vacation we’ve ever had!

    We did the Preferred tower, butler Noemi took care of every whim! Bartender Hector, waiter Nicholas (Oceana) server Hugo @ the pool, Alberto, Armando, Dani & activity crew really brought the fun! How spoiled we felt every moment! 10 ⭐️ ❤️❤️

    Up to you

    Been to PV 5 times. Stayed in multiple resorts each time. This trip with two kids, 7 and 3. Pools are great and service is too. Buffet is average at best. Mexican restaurant was good. Fusion show was great. Kids loved it. Rooms are run down. Doors don't stay shut, lights are hanging out of ceiling, patio screens are ripped, tvs old, bathroom mirrors had paint on them. We aren't picky people especially with the kids being here but it was a little disappointing. We did multiple excursions and went into town multiple times so we did not spend the whole time on the resort. With the amount of money we spent I don't think we would stay here again.

    A great vacation

    Girls trip for my friends 30th birthday. There was six of us and we loved every minute of it! Rooms were clean and nice.. food was excellent. Staff was friendly and fun. We ESPECIALLY LOVED Fernando who took care of us by the pool. He was extremely attentive and made sure we had drinks at all times. He made use feel welcome and we made sure to get seats in his area every morning. Beach was nice and well kept. Entertainment staff were also so fun and kept the good times rolling (we loved Dani) Thanks and we will be back!!

    My family and I went out for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary and we had the pleasure of having Naomi help us out while we were there. She was absolutely amazing and super sweet. The whole family loved her if you get a chance who gets to help you while you are there, I would highly recommend her.
