May 17, 2025etter the giveaways for the preferred members. We needed a beach bag like always give to us.
The attention from Giselle from the explorers club. She had a lot details for our family, specifically our little one. She was like our “little moment” nanny. Congratulations and our thankfulness for her. In general all the nights show’s were an incredible experience with the music and the staff.

Amazing resort!
We had an amazing time here! The entertainment team never failed to dissapoint and made sure we had a great time. The service was great and the place is beautiful! There are also amazing excursions like snorkelling. We really enjoyed tanning in the pool and engaging with the staff.

Best Experience for a girls trip
Erick is incredible along with Giselle and Rony, they made our stay amazing and made us feel so welcome. They were so kind to us and had excellent activities, Their energy was contagious, and they went above and beyond to make sure we felt great and had everything we needed. They gave us all the details about the excursions in such a clear and friendly way. We felt informed and totally excited. You can really tell they care about making sure everyone has the best time possible. Highly recommend!

Giselle la mejor animadora en Dreams Tulum!
Durante nuestra estancia en el hotel, Giselle fue una de las personas que hizo realmente especial nuestra experiencia. Es una animadora de piscina increíble: siempre sonriente, atenta y con una energía contagiosa. Lo que más valoramos es cómo trató a nuestros hijos: con mucho cariño, paciencia y dedicación. If you’re seeking a true 5-star experience, look elsewhere. This property barely qualifies as a 3.5-star resort. The food is subpar—cheap and unappetizing. Service is consistently slow and inattentive. The “Preferred” upgrade is a complete gimmick; you’re offered the same amenities, just seated in a different section. The entire facility feels tired and outdated. Overall, a disappointing experience that falls far short of expectations
