The staff! Loved Ronny, Victor, Giselle, and Angel from Hibachi. Ronny was very sweet and enjoyed having conversations with him. We practiced speaking in Spanish and English. Victor was a fun aqua aerobics instructor. Angel made delicious hibachi food. Giselle was pleasant and I liked stretching with her!

So much fun
The staff has been so fun! We have loved the pool activities and We love rony! The rooms are very cleans Things I would change is the seaweed on the beach! There is so much that it has been hard to enter the ocean with kids. I also wish there were more food options to bring out to the pool

50th Birthday with FAMILY
3rd time at Dreams Tulum, always an incredible stay, celebrated my 50th birthday with family, the staff at Dreams made it special for me, time spent was relaxing and the weather could not have been more perfect - thank you to everyone involved. I would highly recommend

Horrible experience. Food was disgusting, we had no hot water in our room and resort wouldn’t do anything about it or move us. Housekeeping never came. Drinks were horrible. Service was nonexistent. After stays at many other all-inclusive, this one was the worst.

Best hotel ever by far
Dreams Tulum spa and resort by far is the best hotel I've ever stayed from arrival to tje last day all the wrkers,bell boys waitters,etc...have been so amazing..Ronny was so much fun mafe sure we were having a good time..I mean all the staff made us feel so welcomed loved ot so much will return next summer bringing my family tbis time...I have not one negative thing to say not one...I will be coming every summer. Thanks Dream Tulum for making my stay amazing.
