8th amazing trio!
We had our 8th amazing trip! Antonio from the concierge express delivered our bags to the room and Oscar brought them down for our transfers back to the airport. Esteban was always checking on things going on around the resort. Gregorio the food and beverage manager along with Fredrico and Pedro made sure the meals and drinks were good! Elmer,Lorenzo and Russell the bartenders made sure we were hydrated. Paul the entertainment manager along with Angie,Melissa,Diana,Brandon,Jonathan and Fernanda had activities all day and evening. Fernando in the preferred club made sure everything was going well. We were the for the tropical storm everything was nice and safe. We will be returning in February for our 9th trip!

This hotel is great. The bars, the restaurants, the food, the beach and pools are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We has a few niggles at first but Oscmar went above and beyond our expectations. He is a credit to the Hyatt hotel group

Excellent customer service at dreams sands Cancun
Really impressed with the service provided by oscmar at dream sands holiday resort. We had some issues during our stay but oscmar dealt with them promptly, dilligently and professionally. He was friendly, polite, courteous and extremely helpful. He is a credit to Hyatt and deserves a pay increase!

Great staff a credit to the hotel
Firstly I must say that we arrived at the tail end of the hurricane Helene , the hotel had alot of water damage and the staff worked so hard to sort rooms etc, they had a big clean up operation which they did really quickly. The hotel is a little dated and the rooms need upgrading , however the staff made up for this. Every single member of staff was so nice and friendly and couldnt do enough for you, they are a credit to the hotel for sure. We tried quite a few of the restaurants and the Italian was lovely and we went there most evenings, the buffet restaurant was really good and the food was some of the best ive experienced in hotels, my only negative would be that one of our party has a severe nut allergy and the food wasnt labellled for allergens which made it really difficult for her to trust the food, the staff tried to be helpful with this issue but we werent sure they fully understood the severity of the allergies. Consequently she was unable to eat alot of the food for fear of what was in it, I do feel the hotel needs to work a bit to make this better for allergy suffers as this could have catastrophic consequences . The staff truly are the star of the show here they were lovely, the last time I came to Cancun the hotel was amazing and modern but the staff were awful , so I would definately come back to this one over the other one .

good food, great spa
I loved this resort. The spa was an incredible experience, especially for the price. I cannot believe the services I received for what I paid. The value was incredible. The bar staff was so awesome at the pool. Jorge, Russell and Jesus were over the top. I received custom treatment. The only downside of this hotel is the beds and hotel aren't the most comfortable.
