Our stay was incredible. The entertainment team was the highlight of our stay. They really do their best to make your trip special and keep you engaged. Special shout out to Alejandra, Kevin, Jesus, and Eric. We played archery with Eric, bingo with Jesus, darts with Kevin, and made bracelets with Alejandra! This is the dream team!

Dream team of the resort
The resort had many fun and interactive activities for you to enjoy! There’s Archery, Mexican Lottery, Darts tournament, BINGO, black jack, bracelet and anklet making, and volleyball tournaments. Special shout out to Alejandra, Kevin, Eric and Aldair.

Great resort, great staff, great time
Me and my family had the best time at Dreams Riviera. The entertainment staff is amazing! Eric, Jose and Uzi were all so fun, great energy and always making sure everyone felt included in all the activities. One day my 82 year old aunt wandered off and got lost and couldn't find us or her room, Eric took her by the arm stayed with her and walked with her until she was able to find us again ❤️❤️such a sweetheart!! Can't wait to come back!

Awesome
Uzzy was a great worker, conversed with us daily and always had a smile on his face. We had a great time here and was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Mexico. Want to definetly come back to this resort at some point, and it’s people like Uzzy that make trips like this unforgettable.

If your looking to party, this is the place to go. However if you are looking for a family place, think again. Its our second night here with 4 kids. None of the the 6 a la cartes were available. 2 Were closed (looks like all staff we reallocted to a 200 person beach party). Another was adults only. another was a private function. Another was beside the 200 person party with blaring music. Tried to ask Vidan at conceirge for some suggestions, and he basically said - too bad, first come first serve (as there was only one option that was a 1.5 hour wait since all others were disrupted). Spent so much on this trip and not wanting to self serve at a buffet. This is not a good start to a holiday
