Staff was super slow. They were never concerned about any requests we brought to them. We never got room service any of the four times we tried to order. Safe was not working the last day. I have never been to a resort, or out of the United States. I don't want to sound entitled, but after paying nearly $6,000 - for a 4 day stay - I just expected more.

Wonderful hotel! Love the beach, no seaweeds. Can walk for miles on it! The resort is BEAUTIFUL and clean. The people serving us are very nice. Love that we can get served drinks at the beach or around the pool. The pool water is nice and not freezing. There's lot of entertaining for the kids/teens: water slide, movie night under the stars, teen club (pool table, video games), mini golf, rock climbing wall, etc. We were 5 in our rooms and it was perfect, with a nice view on the ocean, jacuzzi on the deck. The food in restaurants à la carte was usually good compare to other hotels. We didn't try all the restaurant but overall we were satisfied with the food. Shout out to Diego (Fusion Restaurant) who had a good sens of humor and made us laugh. They are a few downsides: the wait for room service is long (more then 1 hour), but once you know, you can plan in advance. Another downside is that you can't reserve for the restaurants. So if you want to eat around 7pm, chances are you will have to wait about 1-1.5 hours before you get a table (especially for 5). But again, once you understand how things work, you just plan better in advance. Finally, one thing I really didn't like is that there is dolphins in captivity. I just HATE that. They should close it but unfortunately, a lot a people still pay to swim with dolphins. Overall, we had a great time and created many wonderful memories!

The restaurants were difficult to get into. Food offerings were of poor quality. The staff was not concerned with wait times and frankly did not care if we ate there. There seemed to be a huge push to get everyone to eat at the buffet. we will not return

Overall great experience. Variety of food, beautiful beach, all the different pools. I would say the only thing I could wish for is access to the lazy river. We are a party of ten so trying to get into the hibachi has not been successful. Staff are all great

What an experience!
From the moment we arrived, we were treated extremely well by the staff. There are many food options to choose from, entertainment available at the pool and a short walk to the beach or to the Secrets resort next door. Again, having a terrific staff made the trip very easy and comforting. I am definitely considering going back with the wife and kids at some point!
