The hotel was nice but the staff is the real winner and made the stay worthwhile. Sanchez delivered exceptional service! The food was fine and they have a few restaurants throughout the hotel. Also really nice entertainment from indoor games to outdoor activities

Incredible Staff
Lovely setting, but the staff really makes it! They are all incredibly friendly and personal and really make the stay memorable and positive. Special shoutout to Sanchez who knew our whole group and each of their drink orders by the end of our stay!

Very friendly, nice and welcoming!!!!! They did NOT disappoint, would definitely come again and gain another wonderful experience!!!!! You will not regret it at all, especially the staff they are soooo kind I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't wait to come back
I had a wonderful time! The hotel is beautiful and Sanchez makes great drinks. I definitely recommend getting a massage and going on an excursion. If you're celebrating a birthday, let the staff know and they will make you feel like a million bucks!!

Awesome time
Omg this is the best time I ever had at a resort. The staff and service was great. I would definitely return if I am back in Panama. The bartenders are awesome. The Spa service is great. Would definitely recommend coming to this resort. Loved this birthday trip.
