My friends and I stayed here for 5 days and everyday something of value was stolen from our party. Money was stolen from out of my personal belongings. That was not left out. The first time I have been somewhere and had my personal belongings gone through. Money Waldo stolen from another persons room in my party. We Had a stolen jacket the next day, & a speaker the last day. Of course the hotel had nothing to say about that. Keep telling me they are going through the camera footage. Besides being stolen from, the food is horrendous. If you have restrictions in your diet you’ll barely have anything to eat for breakfast. The service was trash as well. We never got our washcloths & towels we asked for everyday. Not to mention there was a sour odor coming from the towels & beach towels and blood on the sheets. Honestly speaking the service was favored towards non Americans. It's also advertised as a beach resort but the tide is so unpredictable, you can never swim in it. The toilets in the rooms barely work. Some of the plugs don’t work.my next time in Panama will not be here. The only reason they get 2 stars is because of the pool.

Beautiful grounds! Clean beach and lovely pool. The staff in the restaurants were 5 stars, but the front desk is slow as all hell and not at all kind or welcoming, and no one would ever answer when we called for towels or for anything for that matter. Lower your standards and use this place just to enjoy nature but be prepared for rooms that could use extra attention to detail. Reminds me of why I love boutique hotels, service and attention to detail are big to me, but I see the charm of staying on such beautiful grounds

Please Don't Make This Your First Choice
Because don't go here it doesn't live up to the Hyatt standards. Rooms, hallways, elevators and furniture are dirty. The food selection is very limited and what there is to choose is very subpar. The drinks were good and entertainment was ok. However there's a lot of traffic going into the city which we had to go to for few days to eat lunch and dinner because the lack of options along with taste and quality of food at the resort. The staff were nice but very bare minimum with quality and service especially as someone who has stayed in many all inclusive resorts this by far was my second to worst experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here until they get some updates done to the property and actually clean the rooms.

Unpleasant Stay and Poor Service
My experience at this property was deeply disappointing. From the start, the room had a strong musty odor, and there was visible mildew on the walls—both of which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The conditions made the space feel uncomfortable and uninviting, and it was clear that proper care had been neglected. In addition to the poor room quality, several requests I made in advance for a welcome banner were completely ignored. I followed up multiple times, but the issue was never acknowledged or addressed. This lack of follow-through showed a clear disregard for guest experience and left a negative impression overall. Between the unacceptable condition of the room and the failure to meet even simple guest requests, I cannot recommend this property. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations.
