Entertainment Team
Alex on the entertainment team was a delight! Bringing around water or beer, leading aqua aerobics, or assisting setting up an umbrella he was available and ready to help. We so appreciated him. Had great days lounging at the pool enjoying the sunshine and listening to the ocean.

Eduardo the great
Eduardo rios was a great server in the Bordeaux restaurant. Great attentiveness and enthusiasm. He had recommendations at every stage and was available with everything we needed. The food was also excellent in a nice atmosphere. Would recommend

Un Sueno with Dreams Natura
This place was incredible! We had a great family vacation. I highly recommend El Patio restaurant for the delicious Mexican food (everywhere else is fabulous, but this place was a cut above). Also Alfredo Estrada made the dining experience fabulous. All of the staff at Dreams is great, but he was amazing. He made our dining experience more than food. It was an adventure. We will return to dreams and El Patio to see our amigo, Alfredo Estrada.

Know what you are getting.
Booked this trip as a last-minute getaway. Mom and 23 yr old son. Ideally, I would have preferred and adult only resort, but given limited time to book and the requirement of two beds - love my son but we both want our own bed - most adults only resorts could not accommodate. Staff is lovely. They all seem to enjoy their jobs and it shows. Food - fabulous. Kids love it. As an objective observer listening to squeals of delight is a special thing - and you hear it constantly. Be warned - if you don’t want to hear kids yelling and laughing, DO NOT come to this resort. Yes, they have an adults only pool as part of the Preferred Club (which we were) but there is little separation and it just means you don’t have them running underfoot. Room was very nice and oversized balcony (quite easily the same size of the room) was a pleasant, spectacular surprise. It did however sit centrally overtop then entire resort so be prepared for all the sites and sounds that come along with it. As many have reported the oceanfront here is murky. Other than a few feet in, I did not see a single person enjoying the natural water. However there are so many fabulous pools here, it totally makes up for it. So, if you’re one who demands ocean dips this section of Cancun (not just this resort) is not for you.

It was good until it was not...
I have come to Cancun and most of the time, I do not have issues that merit a complaint or discomfort. While no place is perfect, I am usually not surprised about the little misses a resort can have. Sometimes, it is the accommodations, the food, or the service. Or even a combination of those. Funny enough, this time was something I had never encountered before in any other place: Transportation. Most people that visit Cancun, know that transportation is getting worse every time. Regarding transportation, Cancun is one of the worst places to take advantage of tourists. The taxis and transportation rates are outrageous. So I usually avoid them since I have plenty of friends who offer me to pick me up. Sadly, this resort was not too thrilled that I decided to get my own transportation. Under the excuse that is "private property," (which most resorts are). They extremely encourage you to arrange transportation with them. Needless to say, this created a problem for me. But first the good. The place is pretty and well-kept. Our room had a great view, and the food was good. The buffet had a good variety every day. We don't eat much animal products, so the fresh veggies were delicious. Some people that made it special: Sr Rios at Bordeaux. Our chef at the Tepanyaki table. The pool bar staff, and Sylvia our housekeeper. Sadly, the concierge and front desk were an extreme disappointment. I don't know if it was the fact only one person was attending the concierge, but Pablo was, to say the least disappointing. I called ahead to let them know someone was picking me up to avoid any delays. I also wanted to purchase a bathrobe and the procedure was onerous, to say the least. I guess people take the robes and don't pay for them because even if order it ahead, they will not have one ready until you pay for them. I felt that all the care and good service I experienced went down the drain. For something so simple and inadvertent like getting picked up or ordering a robe. I did not feel heard when I brought this issue to the front desk manager, and I do not think a resort that endorses this kind of questionable behavior deserves my hard-earned money. I do not mind coming back to a place even when the food is not the best. But having a company telling me how I should come or go from that place is a big reason for me not to go back.
