Alejandro is an amazing entertainment ambassador. We had the best time at several pool side bingo sessions and a tequila tasting followed by Mexican bingo! 10/10! Participate in every event he hosts! Cannot wait for tomorrow’s itinerary!

Alejandro with the Tequila Tasting was very engaging, and managed the tasting very well. Highly recommend you partake if you have the chance! The resort was fantastic and made us all feel welcome. The amenities were top notch, and the food and drink delicioso!

Fun
Alex from the entertainment team is fantastic! He brought lots of energy and lots of laughs to our bingo and loteria games! It was definitely a highlight of the trip and made our time at the pool so much fun! I highly recommend taking a look at all of the entertainment offerings!

Recommend the tequila tasting!
Tequila tasting was great! Alejandro was so nice and humorous through the experience. We had a great time and have recommended the rest of our family look into this. They explain every type of tequila in detail, give you a small amount, and recommend what to pair it with as well as give you a small bite of food with each.

The overall experience was fair! The staff was polite and attentive but the food was short of appealing. It lacked flavor and choices. The buffet and room service food was cold! The desserts were pretty but not tasty. THE DRINKS TASTED SUGAR-FREE AND LACKED ALCOHOL. There was a taxi driver that took us 10 miles down the road to Morellos and charged us $60 usd then had the audacity to take a nap while we enjoyed the town waiting to take us back for $60 additional usd. $120 to go 20 miles and i only paid $80 for private airport transportation to and from. The resort was packed and the staff did not keep children out of the preferred pool area. The wait to get into specialty restaurants was horrible and the food was subpar! The room was kept clean and only problem was the toilet overflowed 2 times. The vacation club presentation was horrible! The lady was new and did not have a clue about sales. SHE OPENED THE DOOR TO AN OCCUPIED ROOM THEN SHOWED ME A ROOM SIMILAR TO THE ONE I UPGRADED TO. The guy was rude and called me a girl then called me sir when I told him I'm a grown woman not a kid! The SPA WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! THEY GET 10/10 STARS! THE MASSAGES WERE TOP NOTCH AND THE FISH SPA FELT AMAZING. IT WAS PRESTINE AND BEAUTIFUL IN THE CAVERN LIKE AMBIENCE! THE POP SHOW AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS GREAT!!
