Good experience dreams madeira
I had a great experience on Madeira Island, more specifically at the Dreams Resort. I highly recommend it; it's super clean and organized. I had the honor of booking the Sabor restaurant; we were well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed the dishes. Special thanks to the chef who was very attentive to my gluten-free request, and we loved it. My family and I, Khistroyh, thank you for your concern. Five stars.

Excellent break just what we needed.
Beautiful hotel, sited on the south east tip of the Island in Canical. Very quiet but it was what we wanted. Our booking in procedure was first class, we were taken to the Preferred Club reception where there were refreshments. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly, the hotel was exceptionally clean. Food options were good, you could log into a Hyatt App on arrival and you used this for everything you needed, booking restuarants, treatments in the Spa etc. First class hotel, will most certainly re-visit.

A stay that truly felt like a dream — warm, personal, and wonderfully relaxing
From the moment we arrived, the team welcomed us with genuine warmth and bright smiles that immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Every interaction — from morning to evening — carried that same effortless hospitality that makes you feel both valued and at home. As Lifetime Globalists, we felt sincerely appreciated throughout our stay. And since we were traveling alcohol‑free this time for health reasons, we were especially happy that our “special 0.0% service” was handled with such care — it was managed beautifully and even became better each day. We tried all of the à la carte restaurants, and each one delivered excellent quality — great flavors, lovely presentation, and attentive service. Since we’re not really “buffet people,” we only visited the buffet restaurant for breakfast. While the selection and quality were very good, the overall atmosphere felt a bit too busy for us, especially with many families and children around. An adults‑only breakfast option or a sit‑down breakfast in the Preferred Club would have been a wonderful alternative. The only venue that didn’t quite meet expectations was the Sports Bar. Both the atmosphere and the food quality were below the level of the other outlets, and it didn’t really feel like a true sports bar in terms of design or vibe. Everything else, however, was consistently excellent. A small suggestion regarding Nouvelle Brasserie: we could imagine this restaurant working beautifully as an adults‑only venue in the evenings, which would give the experience an even more elegant and festive atmosphere. All the team members we met did an excellent job. Our heartfelt thanks go to Angel Soler, who went above and beyond from the very first minute to the very last to ensure we had a wonderfully relaxed stay. He took such great care of our 0.0% beverage needs — it got better every single day, with new alcohol‑free sparkling wines to choose from, and he made sure they were available for us in every restaurant. We would also like to thank Carolina, Eva, João Nuno, Inês, Nataša, Maria B, Pedro, and Artur from Guest Experience / Preferred Club Lounge — every one of them was fantastic. And a warm thank‑you as well to Natalia from Oishii and to Saifur and his team at Nouvelle Brasserie. Every team member contributed to a stay filled with joy, comfort, and memorable moments. We truly loved every minute and are deeply grateful for the professionalism, warmth, and relaxed hospitality we experienced throughout our visit. Thank you for turning our stay into something that felt a little bit like a dream… or better said: like Dreams.
