Great place for a vacation. Lots of food options at the buffet or the an la carte restaurants. Excellent service and a beautiful walkable beach. Hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. All staff were very hospitable and eager to make your time there the best it can be.

Jan 23, 2025Luxury Prison and "The Presentation"
It's was okay, just okay. We had Secrets planned, no kids, and were pushed to Dreams- family oriented... our presentation person was even curious how we ended up at Dreams. Us too! The Oceana was probably one of the most bland, tasteless, and disgusting restaurants, ever. Roadside food stands in Vietnam were far superior. We both took one bite and decided to leave. Bordeaux was very good, Portifino a close second. We liked Seaside for breakfast. Jasiel at Desire was absolutely wonderful, everyones Abuelo! This trip was a gift for our anniversary, perhaps why we were pushed from Secrets to Dreams. The Presentation was good, our assigned person very kind and knew this wasn't something we would be interested or really enjoyed if it were our money: we're more camping; backpack and explore people. At the presentation some younger man came in to try to "close" and was just incredibly pushy and above all rude to the point of being insulting. It was a complete turn off for the entire visit. The area outside of Dreams gates don't allow much for self exploration or site seeing. We left being appreciative of the gift; however, luxury prison isn't our vibe!

Jan 23, 2025A good time overall for a first time in Cabo and at an all inclusive
Overall this was a good stay. I was not sure what to expect for a first all inclusive, we tried to base it on the reviews of the food quality and for the most part that held up. We were disappointed about the speed of service on multiple occasions, despite an overall very pleasant and friendly service staff sometimes things just seemed to get away from them and they would forget things or just be very behind on getting food and drinks to all the guests in a timely manner. The activities staff were really great. Manuel, Martin, Nirvana and Marcos had perfect personalities to engage with the kids and other guests around the pool and throughout the day. We upgraded our room when we arrived and had a great view and large balcony from the 6th floor that overlooked the pool etc, only complaint there was that the elevator reverberated when it stopped at the higher floors and this could be heard at night. The Christmas Eve show and dinner turned out really nice and they also had some good musical performances throughout our stay. This was definitely a kid friendly resort, the only downside was the long waits at meal times when the kid's patience was really tested.

Great experience, excellent service
Recently went here with my daughter and my grandson, was blown away with the the customer service, everyone was so warm and welcoming. I liked the variety of restaurants and thought they had a great balance of activities for the whole family. You could be totally away from the kids side of you wanted to. I recommend the Petit Chef experience if you have kids Here are some of the people who gave us above and beyond service, although everyone was great: Bernice (Mexican Corner Breakfast Buffet - Chef) Memorized our order and always treated us with a big smile. Her cooking is excellent Carlos (Seaside Grill - Server) Above and beyond service, checked on our food without us asking. Made sure we had everything we needed Juventino (Pool Security) Made us feel safe and comfortable, we made a great connection and always looked out for my young grandson Marco (Entertainment) We went to him on a tour and he was great, lots of information and flexible to the guests needs, he was patient with difficult guests and always checked in with us and made a fun baby shark song for my grandson Cristo (Pool Consierge) Always always took care of everyone at the pool, helped with anything and everything. Cleaned our sunglasses, helped with the chairs, the shade, and towels Eloy (Breakfast Buffet - Manager) Always kind, remembered where we liked to sit, never afriad if helping out any department Martin (Breakfast Buffet - Sever) Memorized our orders, paid special attention to my grandson, helped however possible, was always friendly and kind Diana (Breakfast Buffet - Host) Very patient and kind with everyone, there were difficult guests in front of us who had no patience and she always treated them with grace Gabriel (Petit Chef Bordeaux - Server) Made sure we had a magical experience, went above and beyond to make sure my grandson had a safe and comfortable high chair, made sure we had everything we needed Omar (Check In) Always friendly and efficient Luis (Pool - Server) Extremely fast service, kind and friendly Overall we had an amazing experience, not only would I recommend to friends but I'm already making plans to come back because of the beautiful amenities, delicious food variety of activities and especially with the fantastic customer service

Best All-Inclusive Cabo Resort!
The best Mexican all-inclusive resort we have been to. Employees very helpful and pleasant and eager to serve, evening entertainment was great, rooms clean, modern, and very comfortable, the food is top quality! Loved how secure the resort is. You don’t have to wear a wrist band that identifies as anything. Everyone treated royally. Loved staying here and would come back again. The sea in front of the resort you couldn’t swim in, but a beautiful 400 meter walk down the beach and you had a beautiful swim!
