The entertainment crew was wonderful! Jonathan and William and Karen keep you engaged! The bars keep drinks flowing. They all work hard to keep you happy.

Excellent
Everything was excellent: the taste and quantity of the food, the rooms, the kindness and attention of everyone, from maintenance to management. The pool and its snacks, the games, and the VIP area.

Silent night is a must!!
If you have never tried silent night do so immediately!! It is definitely a great time. Watch everyone's headset color tells station. My group and myself had an awesome time

Jul 05, 2025Preferred Club misleading with Basic food and watered down Drinks
The room views on the website do not match the actual views. Do not pay for the preferred club. After staying in multiple resorts, this resort, preferred club is misleading. The room is basic, just the same as all of the other standard rooms. The food choices are minimal. At the time of our stay, it was very Americanized. You would have to go off of the resort to get a taste of the culture.

Black Excellence Beach Weekend #BEBW
Check in was quick & seamless! I truly wish I remembered the young lady’s name. She was very helpful and each time she saw me, she spoke and asked me if I needed anything or if everything was okay. I really appreciated this. Jhon in the preferred lounge was amazing! Those blue margaritas! The rooms were clean & the staff were friendly. The drinks were made to perfection. At the pool, this one server brought the drinks, water and food. The next day, he saw me in the lobby, asked me if I wanted a drink and he REMEMBERED my drink! Gosh, his name escapes me but it starts with an E. I visited the gym each day and it was always cleaned, with fresh towels, spa water and bottled water. The beach was a quick ride on the shuttle. There were plenty of sitting, the bar was busy but they took care of you rather you went to the bar or not. Wilbur came around asking if we needed anything, gave us extra seats and found an umbrella for us. When I say they were very attentive to our needs during the Black Excellence Beach Weekend buyout! #BEBW. What an incredible time!!!
