Winter sunshine half term
The hotel is very clean and they were doing touch up’s to paint work whilst we were staying. There was a good variety of food. I thought some of the meat in the buffet was a little pink and a bit cold. However you can have meat coked on the grill. The desserts were delicious. We used the coco cafe and barefoot grill for lunch the choice was good. I was able mix and match what I wanted. We were inclusive and preferred club which meant we could use the beds which over looked the sea. We mainly used these in the afternoon and beds were always available. Beds around the pool were available and are early risers so went down early. They do take towels off if you don’t use the bed for an hour. The pool was warm and parts are very deep. The room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were helpful.

5* resort
My wife and I stayed here for our first visit to Tenerife, and we were delighted that we chose to stay here. And we were greeted with a glass of Fizz upon arrival! It is a beautifully made hotel - the pool setting, restaurants and their rooftop terrace were tremendous. They have a great breakfast buffet and their restaurants on-site match, too. While we were lounging round the pool, they even had a violinist perform for everyone's entertainment. Although, pool service for drinks would be a great addition! We went B&B because we wanted to venture around Adeje, as this was our first visit, but when we come here again, we'll be going all-inclusive because it has everything you could need. The only downside was that you could hear most of the noise from the hallways and the beds are on wheels, so the beds made a lot of noise....... Can't wait to come back!

Great lunch with friendly service!
We had lunch several times in the coco cafe. Very had very good service from Mario and Titi several times. The food was excellent. The terrace is located in a beautiful setting. We surely come back. We recommend this restaurant for a relaxing lunch in exotic surroundings!

This hotel makes you feel special
just returned from 10 days half board at this hotel having enjoyed a relaxing stay. the hotel itself stands out from other hotels in the area with its unique appearance and the level of comfort and service provided makes this a sound choice for anyone visiting the area. The hotel is shown as a 4 star property but in our opinion is superior to most of the other hotels in the area including those with 5 star tags. Its sits at the southern end of Adeje allowing easy access 15min walk to Fanabe beach and the many shops and restaurants along the way. there is a supermarket across the road for your bits and bobs which we mainly used for water and newspapers while we were there. We had a side sea view room on the 8th floor which had very comfortable beds and was of a good size, the aircon worked fine and the tv showed UK channels along with international channels. Being half Board we used the buffet restaurant (world cafe) most nights sometimes switching to the Italian and Tapas restaurant, overall the World cafe is the place to be for variety and choice. The sunset bar is a must before or after dinner for chilled sounds, cocktails and supreme sunsets! The only negative at this hotel is the sunbed area (no sea views) which was barely large enough to accommodate all the beds, it meant you had to do the 8am dash with towel to secure those beds that did face the sun or have that tiny bit more space, we noticed some building work (that did not distract while we were there) going on below the hotel adding a further pool and extra space which may alleviate that pressure in the future. Alternatively, you could upgrade to privilege which has its own very special area for sunbeds which is more spaced out with fantastic sea views but we cannot comment on how busy that gets as we did not use. The hotel also has a gym which we used most mornings as it has sea views to die for! and a Spa which we did not use. In summary: Positives: Hotel clean and grounds very pretty world cafe restaurant sunset bar gym excellent friendly service Negatives: sunbed area (non privilege guests)

Intruder in our room
Our holiday started great with a wonderful welcome on arrival c/w champagne at the front desk. It went horribly wrong when we woke on the third morning of our stay to find a strange man in our room, standing at the foot of the bed. When I reported it to management, the initial attitude was one of concern but this didn't last long. Some hours later, we received a phone call to say they had investigated the matter but found no evidence of anyone entering our room. When I pointed out that was unsatisfactory, the manager simply re-iterated the claim of 'no evidence' and offered no more than that to allay our concerns. I recall vividly being made to feel as if my wife and I had had an illusion or made it up and felt it necessary to point out we are non-drinkers. Alas, this made no difference either. Costa Adeje is a great place to spend a winter week but we'll be staying at a different hotel next year.
