A beautiful hotel
On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and a welcome glass of fizz, we went down to the poolside restaurant as our hotel room wasn't ready for another hour. We had food at their grill restaurant a couple of times and it is really nice food, we also enjoyed a couple of drinks at the sunset bar as well as the main hotel bar. This hotel has a fantastic gym which has sea views and is open air, and the pool area is great as well. Our room was gorgeous and had a pool view, we were bed and breakfast and the breakfasts were lovely as well, I particularly liked the pancakes and how they served fizz as well. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it is in a good location too. Thank you for a wonderful stay Jardin

Another Lovely Stay.
Just back after yet another fabulous stay at this most beautiful hotel. This time with my daughter on our annual girlie trip. Check In was fast and efficient as always and we were soon settled in our room. Room comfortable and clean and cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfast tasty and varied with something for everyone. We always love sitting outside overlooking the pool, such a lovely start to the day. Bar staff were very friendly, Iven was especially lovely and looked after us very well. No complaints from us again and we can’t wait for our next visit. Such a relaxing experience staying here.

Fantastic February stay.
We stayed here in February and it was our second time visiting, we first stayed in Jan 2023 and the hotel was just as fantastic as we remembered. Our first visit was as a couple and our second was with our 1 year old, ROOMS- We opted for a junior suite this time having stayed in a double room on our first visit and it’s well worth the upgrade if you can. The room was extremely spacious with 2 balconies, plenty of wardrobe space and a huge bath. We were allocated our room on arrival but then requested to move rooms due to our first room being next to a loading bay and Daniel on reception was super helpful with this and our room was changed right away. There was still a little bit of noise in the rooms on a night time from surrounding bars but not enough to disturb your sleep and there was no problems with noise from other rooms. FOOD/DRINKS- The breakfasts are lovely with so much variety and coffee flasks brought to your table. Lunch at the barefoot grill is a great setting with great food. Dinner in the buffet restaurant is always delicious but tends to be the same things each night and we didn’t think much to the pizza or tapas restaurants. Both at breakfast and dinner they could be a little slow at clearing your plates but that wasn’t too much of a problem. We found the drinks to be reasonably priced at the pool bar and the service there was always fantastic. The sunset bar is a great setting but service can be a little slower there which was also the same in the lobby bar. POOLS- Both pools are lovely but as we were there in feb they could have done with being a little warmer. We couldn’t take our 1 year old in the children’s pool until the afternoons when the sun had, had time to warm it up. You get the usual reserving of sun loungers but we often didn’t go to the pool until the afternoon and still always managed to get a lounger as there are plenty available. Overall we had a fantastic stay here for the second time and were very sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again but it would be great if there was a little more for children to do.

Hospitality or hostility?
I was falsely accused of avoiding payment for drinks in the hotel bar. It was crowded with people and quite humiliating. Fortunately I was able to prove my innocence and the hotel apologised but the experience cast a dark cloud over the holiday. I dread to think what would have happened if I hadn’t stood my ground. This is not what I call hospitality.

NOT luxury! This is a budget stay!
⸻ I recently stayed at Dreams Jardín Tropical, and I’m honestly shocked at how misleading the description of this hotel is. It’s advertised as a luxury stay, but in reality, it feels more like a budget holiday. The rooms were incredibly disappointing — small, dingy, and lacking basic facilities. We were stuck in a freezing cold basement room with an awful view, and honestly, I’ve been warmer in my house in England. Despite requesting a room change, we were told they were “full,” which seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. The beds were twin beds pushed together rather than proper doubles, which added to the discomfort. While some of the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, others — particularly some of the waiting staff — were incredibly rude and aggressive. One staff member in the Italian restaurant stood out for their particularly unpleasant attitude. We raised several complaints during our stay, yet nothing was offered to improve the situation. After returning home, we followed up with another complaint only to be met with dismissal, as if they believe these poor standards are acceptable. The hotel’s reception and general areas look nice, but that’s about where the positives end. As for the so-called “spa,” it’s laughable — just two outdoor tables in what’s possibly the windiest part of the hotel. That’s not a spa by any stretch. For the price we paid, we could have stayed in a genuinely fantastic hotel elsewhere in Tenerife. This experience was hugely disappointing, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this place. Certain third-party holiday booking sites need to reconsider promoting this hotel — what we booked was nothing like what we experienced. I would never stay here again. I would recommend to families or budget travellers however.
