Mediocre resort
We upgraded our room to the Governor’s suite. One of the toilets was leaking for two days. It took three tries to get it fixed. One shower door wouldn’t open. One nightstand lamp was broken. There was soap scum on the bathroom mirror when we first got to the room. We spent 3 of our 5 day stay with strangers in the room fixing something at some point during the day. Their attempt to compensate us was to reimburse the upgrade of one night. lol Way to go!! Food was mediocre in most of the restaurants. Meaning served cold and flavorless. How do you mess up Fajitas?!… it’s Mexico for Christ’s sake. Spa service (except for the massages) was very inconsistent. We experienced a sprint hydrotherapy lol Not what I expected given the “level” of the resort and let alone after having a reservation of preferred club level.

Wonderful resort! Amazing service
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left thus place was unbelievable! We were greeted with cold towel and drink, immediately taken to preferred lounge to check in and drinks replenished! Our room was ready immediately and Ross our butler took us on a tour of resort on way to the room. The room was wonderful and spacious with separate bedroom and tv room. Ross was fantastic at explaining everything and checking on us daily. We ate at the buffet and Lourdes greeted us with cheer daily and eager to assist. The food at the Mexican, Italian and Spicw was fantastic! We spent most of our time at the adults only preferred pool and just perfect! Gilberto the oool concierge was helpful and made sure we got a great spot daily! Wr even enjoyed a Bali bed one day thanks to Ross! Abidas the swimup pool bartender was fantastic, friendly and away had the next drink waiting! The adults barefoot grill had wonderful fish tacos! The onsite doctor services was great as well. Robert the preferred manager ensured everything was great! Ross was the best he made our trip amazing and found us each and every day! We can’t wait to return! The onsite

Spicy Hibachi is a hit
We're at Spicy restaurant on property for the Hibachi and Miguel just put on quite the show. Very different from your average Hibachi chef, with a way more macabre sense of humor. Get the fish and, if you're into spice, ask for the special Spicy Mexican sauce. Thanks, Miguel!

Best stay ever!
We just returned from a 5 night stay here. We traveled with grandparents and our two young boys. We had the absolute best time! The resort grounds and staff are superb. We’ve been to a few Mexican resorts before and this may be our favorite. The biggest tip I can give is to stay in the preferred club. It wasn’t that much more expensive and it is SO worth it. The beach is amazing. No rocks and clear water with little waves because of the marina next to it. The beach in the non preferred area was quite different. We spent hours in the water with our kids. We couldn’t have done that at the other beach. We also liked the convenience of the preferred lounge for a quick snack or drink. This was key for our kids. In addition, you can’t make dinner reservations which led to us watching people waiting for 1.5 hours for a table. BUT for the preferred club your concierge will make them for you. That alone was worth the price for us. All our dinners were amazing, especially the hibachi and Cin Cin. In addition, special shout out to our concierge, Ross, who went above and beyond to take care of us, check on us and even decorated our room for our son’s birthday. We truly can’t stress how much we enjoyed our time here. We are already planning to come back!!!

Great family friendly resort
We spent a week at Dreams with our family of 5 along with 2 grandmas and an uncle. This was a wonderful resort for families. The staff was amazing. The grounds were clean and always being updated. All of the bartenders were great especially Jaime in the Sports Bar and Francisco at the Lobby Bar. The entertainment crew was very fun and engaging. The kids loved hanging out in the common kids area playing ping pong and pool. The beaches were a bit rocky in some areas, but if you move down just a bit, you can find clear and sandy waters. I would highly recommend for this families or friends.
