Amazing Views, Great Service
This was our 2nd stay at this Dreams. We love it. The service is awesome. Heidi and Luis gave a fabulous Tequila tasting.Heidi also does the water aerobics she is fantastic! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The swim out room we had was fabulous both stays. I saw some reviews about dampness in the riom. I accidentally turned the AC up and my daughter left the door to the pool slightly open and we experienced this also but it was our fault not the hotel. Turned AC back up and house keeping changed the bedding. Bety was awesome our room was always clean.She even made cool designs with my daughter's blanket. It is a smaller resort but that is what we like. The beach is amazing the water is clear and blue. We walked over and enjoyed dinner at Secrets a couple of times. World Cafe is amazing the Pizza restaurant and car bar were all good. We will be back. Oh and did I mention Wendy!! She is amazing. If you book anything book it through her! We did several excursions the first trip and her directions and instructions were consise. . She also gave me her number in case we had any issues. Thanks to her we felt like pros this trip. We knew exactly how to get where we wanted to go. I can not say enough good things about the staff and services, locaton and our room. See ya next year!!

Phenomenal
The beaches are gorgeous and the snorkeling was more than I expected! The view from our room was perfect and the staff was always courteous and attentive. This was one of the Best vacations I've ever had. My daughter and I got the spa special with the hydrotherapy. Hands down the best spa experience we ever had! The hydrotherapy was nothing like I had imagined. I loved the hot then cold experience. It was extremely invigorating. Then we had a 60 minute massage after. We couldn't have ask for anything better. Like I said, Best experience Ever! We will be coming back so we can do the things we didn't have time to do. I love this place and wished I was still there!

For a first time for an all inclusive, our experience was wonderful!!
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a swim out and it was very nice!! All the restaurants we went to had very good food. The views were so amazing. I loved doing the water aerobics every day at noon. The only negative thing was that our bathroom had a strange smell in it. We had a great time!!

Beautiful resort with friendly staff and good food.
A really beautiful resort with good food and fun activities. Check in was a breeze and all of the staff were very helpful. We had a great time doing activities with our entertainers Heydy and Edwin. The swim up pool view rooms are extremely nice and we spent more time in the room than normal because of it. Would highly recommend for couples or couples with family.

Mold in rooms food horrible service horrible resort upkeep terrible
I recently stayed at Dreams Cozumel Cape and need to speak with someone regarding my experience. The room I was assigned had mold throughout, and the room they attempted to move me to also had mold. The final room they moved me to, which was presented as an upgraded ocean view, was actually worse than my original room. It also had mold, seemingly covered by paint, and a leak in the ceiling. I was bitten by something in every room I stayed in. I informed the manager, Hamlet, who was very rude, that I have a heart condition and could face serious complications from spending three nights in mold-infested rooms. Please contact me as soon as possible.
