  Wonderful 10-Day Stay – Highly Recommended!

  My wife and I just returned from a 10-day stay at Dreams Calvia Mallorca, and we couldn’t be happier. The hotel is located about a 10–15 minute walk from the center of Magaluf, which means it’s peaceful and quiet – a perfect balance between access and relaxation. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was of a good standard, although slightly worn. However, the cleanliness was excellent, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. We had the all-inclusive package, and were very impressed – especially since my wife has celiac disease. This was never a problem. Every day, the kitchen prepared gluten-free pizza, pasta, or paninis for her at no extra cost. That’s a huge plus in our book. I enjoyed the buffet almost every day, and the food was solid – I’d give it a 4 out of 5. The service, though, is where this hotel truly shines. The reception and bar staff were always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant team made us feel genuinely welcome every time. Everyone contributed to making our stay fantastic, but special thanks go to Miguel, Jose, Beatriz, and Antonio, who really went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. If I return to Magaluf, this is definitely where I’ll stay again!

  Excellent

  Good customer service by Lucia and Maria , all the members were very polite with us and patience. Thank you to Antonio and Miguel from the food market buffet for anniversary surprise dinner. We thanks to all the management in move us from one hotel to Dreams, we enjoyed the dancing and entertainment every night. We will come back and recommend it to everybody!

  Disappointing, not worth the money

  Very disappointed with this hotel and it's so called "preferred club". I am not really sure what I paid for. All inclusive is not all inclusive - branded alcohol and some wines you have to pay for. Al a cart restaurant were basically a Macdonald's level of food. Preferred lounge open 10-6, fridge locked untill 11 so can not even access water. Seats only 6 people, can't even use it for the evening entertainment, which area inside is very small for. 45 mins to check in because there was no sign to say I could do this in the preferred lounge and it only take ten minutes. Was not told that the bar at the preferred pool was closed and still being renovated, had to go to main pool for drinks, and was told I couldn't have certain stuff and would have to pay. Monday experienced the blood bank parked behind the pool, people coming and going, large cable ran through the pool area and into the toilet so that you could not close the door or sit down without it on your lap. Two houses across the road being built so noise, as well as maintenance men working on the pool area, on phones shouting. Pool bar finally opened Tuesday while still being painted, but it took till Friday to be able to order anything but water and soda before 11am. Food not able until lunchtime and of poor quality. Comfortable sunbed, but cushions not taken in at night so we're soaked through because it rained most nights, so had to wait till afternoon for them to be dry. Food is not of a 4 star rating, boring same stuff at lunch and dinner. First place to have given me an unsettled stomach. Eat out a few times but it is expensive for nice places around the hotel. Other pools are loud due to entertainment and hen/stag dos, people shouting all day and night. Worst sleep I've had on a holiday, going back more exhausted than I arrived, despite the bed being amazing. No noise installation, floors are tiled, door heavy so slamming all night, thumping of feet along with stag and hens screaming and shouting. Staff seemed to use the preferred pool for having breaks, on phones talking loud. Overall the most disappointing, not relaxing, overpriced holiday I've ever had, will not be returning.

  Absolutely loved it!!!

  We absolutely loved this hotel!!! Me and 4 friends stayed for 3 nights and didn’t wan to leave . The rooms were spacious the beds were so comfy and big and the extra pillows were brilliant I also loved the thin quilt instead of the sheets you usually get , extra touches were the full size hair dryer in the wardrobe and steamer fur your clothes there is also a fridge and the maid leave a litre bottle of water daily in your room , the bathroom area was so nice and modern and again spacious I would definitely say best room we have stoped in. The pool areas are great we kept at the family pool as that’s where are rooms were it was so quiet felt like our own sunbathing area 😃 The food in the buffet restaurant was. Delicious roast chicken legs in gravy at dinner with mash potatoes and veg they were proper meals you could put together We went to oceana and the Italian and they were both great really felt like you were dining out . Entertainment was fun especially the two entertainers think there names were rudi and elissa. (Sorry if I got them wrong) so friendly and a really good laugh we did music quiz one night and we joined in I thought I was Tina turner lol Cant wait to return to this hotel was one of my favourites ever!!!

  Excellent hotel, would highly recommend

  Just returned from a lovely 2 night break with the girls for a 40th birthday & would highly recommend. Reception staff were friendly & very helpful. Rooms were lovely & very clean. We were all inclusive & there was a great variety of food & drink available. The entertainment team were fun and bar staff were happy to fill our (large) cups with plenty of cocktails! The pool area was very clean & pool was very refreshing! The hotel is a 15 minute walk to magaluf strip and a 5 minute walk to the beach so a great location for all ages. We had a late flight home and were able to have a late check out room until 6pm which was €60 & well worth it. We also hired pool towels for €10. The rooms had shampoo, conditioner & shower gel and you get a large complimentary bottle of water supplied plus tea bags/milk/sugar. They also have a full size hairdryer, a clothes steamer, safe & fridge and beds are very comfortable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough
