On our last day at Dreams Aventuras, Fernanda, Julián, Teresa from the Preferred Club made it unforgettable by surprising us with a cake during breakfast and lunch. Their kindness and thoughtfulness truly touched our hearts. It's the genuine care and personal touches from people like them that keep me coming back to certain resorts.

Great vacations
Great hôtel, not the best Dreams we’ve been to. The food is okay but not great, over all good service, good staff. Animation is great, they’re really trying hard but people are not responding Ruben, the beach server is amazing, always there, your glass is always full. Pretty great week overall

Great resort - Christian in the entertainment team was fantastico! Food was good and the beach was beautiful. The rooms are always clean and spacious. There are always plenty of activities to keep you busy or even watch with a margarita in hand! Second trip here and we will be back again

Diana and Margherita at the coco Cafe provided amazing service! Very friendly, and went above and beyond for our family. Thank you for making this trip amazing! I felt so taken care of here! Paulina also made our first family trip so easy and comfortable. All of the staff are so welcoming, and really made us feel at home.

Great place to stay
Stayed for 9 days, would gladly go back again for an even longer stay, felt like a queen. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and courteous at all times putting your needs above what they were doing at the time. Many activities were offered as well as nightly entertainment. There was a large variety of food offerings for you to experience while you were there.
