Great resort. It’s small which was very nice. Rooms, pool, and beach were great. The big con we had was the food. The buffet is not open for dinner which we did not know. Wait time for restaurants were 1.5 hrs. We ordered food service more nights. The buffet was great for breakfast and lunch. We wanted to try more specialty dinning but the wait times weee ridiculous especially when only 50% of the tables had people. We went with family and there were not very many choices for dinners. It would have been 5 out 5 stars if the buffet was open for dinner.

The stay was wonderful. The room was great, the service was lovely all around. Antonio was a great help at the front desk as well! I enjoyed seeing the dolphins and the manitees not far at all from the hotel. There were so many different beautiful aspects. Will be back for sure

Excellent customer service, beautiful property
I just went to Dreams on resort pass with my 3 year old daughter for a much needed day of relaxation. I absolutely loved everything I got to see and experience on resort pass: starting with the service and food and definitely including the pool and the natural pool that’s part of this property. We were greeted by Antonio at the front desk and he was absolutely delightful, courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We then headed for late breakfast around 10 and it was nice. Again the service at the restaurant was great. After that we spent some time at what I believe to be the main pool. After we spent sometime there: went to the natural salt pool: which was one of main reasons I choose this property. The walk there was past the main beach and although we didn’t go : the water looked very calm and clean. The natural pool was amazing! It’s really a must when you’re there! I then took my daughter to hide away from the sun in the lobby,and another very nice employee, whom I believe is named Paulina, gave us an overview of the hotel and was just chatting up myself and my daughter. Before it was time to leave we went to have lunch: the food was delicious. And when it was time to check out Antonio helped us once again bringing our very special day to a full circle .

Amazing stay
Sebastian and Daniel were unforgettable. Very welcoming. All the ladies at the Coco Cafe are amazing, knew our order everyday. Great coffee and new snacks throughout the day. Clean rooms. Everyone around the pool was very friendly. Dinner restaurants are a great addition rather than buffets all day and night.

Service is above excellent. The food was good. The beds need to be replaced and so do the pillows. We are used to staying beach front, which this is not. Other than that all was wonderful. Resort is clean and comfortable. Staff is very polite and attentive.
