This resort is a 10/10 for families with children - if you are a couple or group of adult friends, I suggest you go somewhere else. I have never seen so many kids at a resort. That said, if you are taking your littles of any age- this is THE place. We took out 16 month old and there are activities everywhere for kids of all ages and the resort caters to them with special drink menus, fun activities and entertainment like a beach movie night, special snacks, menu items at the a la cartes, etc. I have stayed at over a dozen different resorts all over the Caribbean, and this was my 8th time in Mexico - this was a great resort. Other than a very poo experience at El Patio, overall the service was good. The hotel was clean. The entertainment was excellent! As everywhere, the food was good - it is resort food and the staff individually make or break an experience. Issac was an exceptional waiter - among a few others. The beach is smaller, but so close to everything. And because it is blocked in, it makes for the perfect area for little ones swimming in the water. I never felt like my child needed to behave or was being disruptive, it made for a very enjoyable time.

Great all inclusive vacation
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing week with Dreams Aventuras! Everything was well organized and the experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. Huge thanks to Jorge, Teresita, Ella, Angel, and Karen for their incredible service, warmth, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make the week special and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Dreams Aventuras to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway! A special thanks to William the sommelier for helping us out so much all week.

The service staff is amazing but the food over all is served cold or warm at best at breakfast lunch and dinner. The only restaurant the food was amazing at was Gohan(Japanese) the rooms are in need of renovation as half our lights did not work and we never received new towels even when we would leave them on the floor after a day or two of use, the housekeeping staff would just pick them up and leave them on a side table. When we requests 2 new towels they brought us 7 towels when all we needed was a fresh set. The front desk staff always felt bothered by our request even though we would make them early in the morning thinking they could get things done while we were away for the day but nothing ever got done.( simple towel change, adding more water to the mini fridge, an additional blanket) we always had to call housekeeping yourselves on our return from our day tours. Also the main pool is in the shade after 3pm our visit was in February so it was colder than usual and the pool and ocean where cold. Not the resorts fault but the pool on the opposite side of the hotel in the afternoon sun was for preferred members only

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel and grounds are clean and well kept. Housekeeping is excellent. The food is very good. NO bar stools at any bars. the preferred pool is way to cold. The hotel should copy their preferred "club" to look like the one at Dreams Jade. Overall, good experience.

Intimate, friendly and lively family resort
Dreams Aventuras is a smaller but intimate resort where you will enjoy the staff and surroundings. We enjoyed the entertainment the most, there was always something going on. The Divas and Asada fire show were great. I really enjoyed the effort of the staff to put on a BBQ around the pool where you are sat in groups of 10 or so for these shows, allowing you to meet and get to know other guests. The a la carte restaurants were all pretty good but the buffet food was only adequate. Location was interesting being in a gated community made us feel very safe walking around town.
