  Good little resort, clean and well maintained. No beach but a small lagoon is nice. Would recommend to others.

  Great little resort! The staff are friendly and made our stay great. This is a great resort for families with small children, they would like the waterslide. Paulette from UVC was wonderful, thank you Paulette! The bars were really good, we never had to wait for drinks at the swim-up bars and this was during March break! Food was good and the cafe was well run.

  Small resort but amazing staff

  Stayed for a week with my parents, spouse and almost 2-year old. The resort is in a gated community and feels safe. It is on the smaller side but has two large pools and a nice beach area that has been made into a cove to help with strong waves and reduce seaweed. We enjoyed checking out a kayak and paddling around, and my little one had a blast playing in the sand. Rooms were spacious with a balcony. Daily maid and minibar service was awesome. The only thing I would rate below average was the mildew smell in the room, which was strong at times. We did request a dehumidifier for a few days and it was a game changer. I might bring my own portable dehumidifier or some DampRid next time. The food was standard all-inclusive. The breakfast buffet had a taco station some days, which was amazing! Other restaurants were hit or miss, with the Italian being our favorite (we went twice). My dad loved the preferred lunch at Oceana by the pool. I think he ate wings there every day! We didn’t do any excursions but did rent a golf cart one day, which was arranged by the concierge, and drove around the gated community to look at the shops and other resorts. Could probably walk most of the area if you are accustomed to walking long distances too. All-in-all, I would probably return. The price was reasonable for October and we had a lovely time.

  for people looking for good meals

  The food was very sub par. Poor ingredients, few choices, very Americanized…not in a well done way, menu’s were scarce and couldn’t even get chips and guacamole poolside. Very strange buffet area and dark and dingy. Very disappointed in the food for such an extremely high price. We also stayed at the hard rock next door during the same week and it was half the price and much better food . Disappointment Dreams

  Don’t Come This Resort!

  The worst all inclusive I ever had. Room AC was not working, no hair dryer, elevator is not working, the food is horrible horrible horrible. Service is awful. Resort is old and small, the pool is small and crowded. Don’t ever ever ever come to this resort.

  Disappointing

  While the resort was pretty. Service was somewhat lacking. We were turned away from a special dinner due to lack of seating; however, while we stood nearby deciding what to do for dinner, other guests were seated. We had to take wash cloths from the gym on most days as they were not provided in our room. Several days beach chairs were not available. Drink service was almost non existent. The buffet was lacking foods that were not seafood or pork based. Often food was cold. We’ve been here before and loved it. It’s unlikely we’ll return.
