Nov 16, 2025Divi Phoenix Aruba! Our Home away from Home!
We visit Aruba every year and stay at Divi Phoenix. We just left Aruba after 2 glorious weeks. We love everything about Aruba, the weather, the restaurants, this resort and the wonderful staff that work there. We have met wonderful people that also visit the same time as us and have become great friends. The staff treat you like family, specifically HANSEL PINEDA who always makes sure we are satisfied with our accommodations, SANDRA MORA at the towel hut who always has a smile and a friendly disposition every day when we get our beach towels and JOEL (Julio) ARIEL who gets us our beach loungers and chairs every day. They greet us when we arrive and say goodbye when we have to leave, with a big, warm hug every single year. Truly our home away from home!! We love Divi Phoenix Aruba!! Tammy M. Nov 2025

The experience was great!
Amazing trip! I love how it’s on water, the beach here is perfect. My family goes here every year and we love it every year! All the workers are spectacular ( Especially Julio)! Super pretty and I will definitely be coming back next year.

Home away from home in Aruba☀️
We stayed at the Divi Aruba Phoenix in November, and as guests who have been coming for around 10 years, we continue to be impressed. One of the things we love most is how welcoming and helpful the beach staff always are. Every day, they make it easy to relax by helping us get a palapa and setting up our chairs without any hassle. A special thank-you to Julio, who has been incredibly accommodating throughout our entire stay this week. His friendly attitude and attentive service truly made our visit even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back to the Divi Aruba Phoenix!

Best of the best
Our time at the Divi Phoenix is always a pleasure — we’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and it truly feels like our home away from home. The staff is exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure every stay is special. It’s amazing to see so many familiar faces year after year, all still providing the same warm and welcoming experience. A big shoutout to Julio and Joel on the beach — they’re always on time, attentive, and make sure my family and I have an incredible time every visit!

Resort was nice and clean. Beach was great. Pools were nice. Food and drinks were good. Room was a newly updated 1 bedroom in the tower. A/C was noisy, and leaked on day 3 (maintenance took care of it) somewhat a pain. Bed is extremely firm. Shower doors would not stay closed, same with closet doors. Modern furniture, not most comfortable. TVs were huge and nice. ** Sandra ** at the towel hut was awesome. Other staff seemed attentive. Overall a 3.5 out of 5 for us.
