Great beach location. Really bad food. Front desk is terrible. Booked two rooms, the hotel refused to give me connected rooms. I had to sleep with my four Kids in one room. The second room was useless. Front desk is terrible service refused to help. Food was terrible. I had much more better food in other resorts. Entertainment team is great.

Think twice - you've been warned.
Bookers beware!! This resorts photos of the bedrooms and available amenities DO NOT reflect what the resort offers. Bedrooms are outdated and a lot of missing items such as chairs, lamps on headboards (as advertised in photos), working sliding doors, curtains, plug ins for phones and pads etc. Rock climbing wall didn't have a safety rope so it was closed. Waterslides were closed for maintenance. The mini market/shops were EXTREMELY expensive. We paid $68 USD for 5 treats. It was robbery. Very few of the staff speak any English so communication was a challenge. The resort as a whole was old and filthy. Food options are very limited and room service takes FOREVER. I just wouldn't. Even if you lower your standards - you'll be disappointed.

Nice hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are dated and the restaurants are on repeat. But the kids loved it and it was easy going. Can’t rate the staff high enough but I wouldn’t stay here again due to the standard of the hotel environment, and tired rooms and a lot of food but little substance

Excellent stay!
This was a fun family friendly resort with a lot of things to keep kids and adults entertained. Jesus in particular was an excellent bellhop who was very friendly and helpful during our stay.
