Staff was amazing from the time we arrived until we left. Jesus was very helpful with our bags and very polite. Would recommend this resort to others. Had the best time. Micheal Jackson show was amazing. All the food was very very good. Bartenders made very good drinks.

Wonderful family trip
We booked this property through Costco knowing they do their research. This is NOT a 4-5 star resort but they do Not claim it to be! It’s a wonderful 3 star budget friendly resort. We knew what we booked and what to expect and saying that I would say my family were very happy! The kids area was the best! Our kids (5 & 6) had an absolute blast. The “teen” area was the water tubes were fun for the Whole family. Every morning the staff was cleaning every inch of the property and the pool was super super clean. The wait staff for the most part were friendly. Lots of food options, the sit down dining was delicious, the buffet had a ton of options for anyone’s taste. Plenty of bars around the resort. The lobby and atrium was very nice with water features. The beds were not the most comfortable but again, I wasn’t expecting 5 stars A lot of the complaints are just so petty and I’m not sure what they are expecting. If you go in wanting a great family vaca, that’s what you’ll get!

So much fun for family vacation
We had a great time, there was plenty for kids to do. They loved the slides! Jesus the bellman was spectacular and always took care of us. Joel and Veronica at the pool service were excellent! Antonio at the night club was the best! Mary and Jose at the French restaurant were great.

Family trip
Jesus the bellman and Joel at the pool were amazing!!! Both were so kind and attentive to us and our kids helping to make our stay very enjoyable !!!!!!!!!Mary at the French restaurant was so nice as well. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!!

Brilliant hotel shame about the beach
What a lovely hotel ,stayed for 2 weeks and the had the pleasure of crown tower and a jacuzzi in our room ,and exclusive use of the adults only lounge on the 8th floor which was fantastic for breakfast and late night drinks ,the beds were firm but comfy as were the pillows ,the staff were brilliant especially jerry ,moises and Maria in the longe they were always brilliant even during the tropical storm when we couldn't leave the lounge and kept us entertained the entire day ,food was the best I've ever had at an all inclusive ,the French and Italian al a cartes were stunning food and waynes boots was the best of the lot ,premium drinks were fantastic and free flowing ,Antonio at the adults pool bar was a star ,shame he got moved to another bar during the holiday (everyone raves about jesus ,didn't really rate him as he was pestering us for a tip when we were leaving just for passing our suitcases to us from the room they were held in ) Now the BIG downside, a group of Americans turned up at the adults bar with massive Bluetooth speakers and blasting music ,when we asked them to turn it down they said no as they had been coming to the hotel for 34 years and could do what they wanted ! We went to reception and they sent jesus up to turn it down, he just hugged the people in the group and went back down ,after a bit longer we asked again to turn the music down as it was meant to be a chill out bar not a disco ,only to be threatened off one of the group and told he was going to punch me and my father in law ,at that point I complained to security and asked for management, again very little was done ,but it did seem to stop the music for a few days until it started again towards the end of the holiday ,seems the gentleman who was blasting the music couldn't handle his alcohol and after a few got very cocky and angry if anyone challenged him . Despite all of that I would still go again but during high season when the snack bar would be open
