Our 1st All-Inclusive Perfect romantic location

We usually cruise, so didn't know if we would like being in one place. This Palace is awesome. Great rooms with king-size bed and hot tub in room. Just be careful on the tile floor. Slippery when wet. The furnishings were very comfortable and stylish. The bathroom large with spa quality toiletries provided. The resort had nightly entertainment that was well done. Live music, dance shows, authentic Mexican music and dance, a magic show etc. The restaurants (4) were all very clean, with excellent and varied food choices. The employees all very friendly and warm in greeting us and serving us. The breakfast/lunch buffet has many self serve choices and cooked to order as well. During the afternoon you can order many foods poolside or from your lounge chair for convenience. For dinners the presentation of the food was very elegant making it a fine dining experience. The desserts are elegant as well. They also are very careful if you have a food allergy. The spa was excellent in services offered and employees are friendly and talented. With the hotel credit such excellent prices. The dive excursion was awesome. No problem booking, very accommodating staff. We also tried the jet-pack adventure, but the equipment was faulty as the boot laces were not adequate to keep our feet tight in the boots. Otherwise it might have been an enjoyable activity. The room staff kept our room clean and tidy and mini bar well stocked with our preferences. Also each room has a large size safe for keeping valuables safe.

    My favorite hotel!!

The hotel, service, staff we love!!! The food is delicious! And they have always treated us like royalty when we check in. We’ve been going there for 5 years and we love it. We dive with Agua Safari and Junior has been our “private” dive master for years. Elizabeth is the best at poolside service. Alejandro is the best waiter in the Asian restaurant. Gabriel is the best waiter in the morning for breakfast. We look forward to visiting again in April. My favorite part of the trip was “ Rodrigo” the trainer at the gym. I trained with him for 3 days, and I felt fabulous after my trip. He’s a great trainer and knows what he’s doing. I look forward to training with him again. 👍💪🏻💪🏻 The gym is small and needs to be expanded. The spinning bikes are great.

    Cozumel Palace

We actually stayed across the way at Playacar Palace but decided to visit Cozumel Palace for a day while we were there. We got some food out back first, where Heri, our waiter, was very attentive! The pool is great and the swim up bar is even better. David took care of us whenever we needed drinks! Special shoutout to Sugei; she was awesome! She, along with David, taught a bartending class at the swim up bar and it was so fun! She also made us bracelets :) The back of the resort is not technically on a beach as there is no sand, it just goes right to the ocean which you can swim in. The water is so clear and the resort provides snorkeling gear. It isn't too far of a taxi drive from all of the shops and the ferry. You could even walk if you wanted to like we did. Overall, it was a great day trip!

    Cozumel Palace

Just returned from 8 days in Mexico where we spent our first four days at Cozumel Palace. This resort has always been my favorite. It’s literally five minutes from the airport and small enough you can be at the pool, lobby bar or any restaurant in just a few steps. It’s also walking distance to downtown where we always have to eat at La Mission—best grilled lobster ever! Cozumel Palace has all of the “big three” down to an art. 1. Service is outstanding 2. Food is the absolute best. 3. Beds are sooo good! I love Maria who cooks your breakfast in the morning and Cesar the restaurant manager was awesome. I even had a good visit with the general manager Marcos about all the traditions and what makes Cozumel Palace special to those of us that come back time after time. Looking forward to seeing you all again in August.

    Our 1st visit of many

We have visited many resorts and everything immediately paled in comparison to Cozumel. At Cozumel Palace, every night we had the pleasure of being served by bartender Reyes. He is the friendliest, most professional bartender I’ve ever experienced. The room service was leaps and bounds above any previous trips (Punta Cana, Aruba, etc...), ditto the housekeeping. This is a completely safe, beautiful island to visit!
