"Old school" hotel
The hotel is OK, popular amongst tours and Mexican families. It looks quite "old school". I wouldn't choose it for my private trip - for me it would be too big and I don't care about all inclusive. The food in the all inclusive buffet is OK, but there is no sea food which is quite affordable in Mexico... If you want some shrimps or an octopus you need to pay extra at least 200 MX$ for that. There was fish in the buffet sometimes, but fish is very delicate and it doesn't belong in a warm tray because it overcooks and is inedible. There are no life-guards at the beach and the waves are super strong. The staff is super-nice.
The food is very good! Homemade style and I’m feel like in my country! The prices are good and the drinks are so fantastics I will go here anytim becas Joyce loves to est Cuban food. Can’t wait to come back
My Mexico Pacific Quest
Awesome fun excitement happiness - vacationing as a single Father with two young daughters ages five and seven. We enjoyed great food, tremendous pool swimming and dancing and prancing at the discotheque inside the lobby.
Over crowded by non-hotel guests
Good location, friendly staff, clean, however very dated & hotel amenities need updating. Over occupied by day pass guests who do not preserve the hotel vibe or respect the accommodations leaving hotel guests feeling unwelcome & possibly leaving the hotel to avoid the rough crowd to feel relaxed.
great ocean view, room cleanliness was great, plenty of space in all swimming pools and the food was very good with a lot of variety for breakfast and lunch, the only issue is the elevators not enough
