    Fabulous Coconut Court Beach Hotel

Myself and my two besties of 40 years spent 10 days here from 06 May 2019. Full of Caribbean charm! The hotel was exactly as we had expected - we were happy that it was relaxed, not full of marble and clean lines. Guests will always find something they don't like - I guess it's a personal thing. A sofa bed mattress as thin as a slice of bread was my only issue and this was rectified immediately I mentioned discomfort. Most staff were diligent, kind and courteous - in a non forced way. We got to know some better than others - a big shout out to Anne Marie (Restaurant Manager) - she was so calm even when everyone wanted to breakfast at the same time! Tisha was a beautiful vivacious bar lady - unflappable too.We loved Ryan (Bar) and Ethan (restaurant). It seems a real team approach at Coconut Court - it was kept immaculately clean, both the pool area and our room were spotless. We were half board - we think this worked out cheaper than B&B. We had some delicious meals - breakfast omelettes were amazing. We went out onTed's Tour - a must for an overview of the Island and some of its history. We took a catamaran trip also - with Bolamar on Imagine. Geoffrey led the trip with an exceptional crew. Our advice: If you want to kick back and relax go and stay at Coconut Court Beach Hotel. Fancy? No - Relaxed friendly vibe? -definitely. Planning our return.

    Honeymoon ruined

We choose really carefully when we go away,we chose this place for our honeymoon with help from virgin holidays , big mistake.... The room we was given was what I can only describe as a dark hell hole ,, it was on a lower floor , the decor was out of the 70"s with dark red floor tiles , the photos look great on the websites but in reality it is so ugly and depressing. We did complain and got moved to a higher floor with white tiles , the staff couldn't understand why I was upset and offered us a deluxe room for an extra almost 700 us dollars. This place alongside virgin ruined our honeymoon which we had to save and work hard for , for a few years. The virgin rep was as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike, oh unless you were booking a tour with her , she was full of smiles then counting the commission. Some lovely staff there one lad called Eathan was really friendly, I felt so sorry for him, he was ran off his feet with the vile breakfast boss woman clicking her fingers at him ordering him around. Food and drink were overpriced compared to everywhere else, we were lucky to have been full board. This hotel even charges 3 dollars each time you change your beach towel which I find disgraceful. I will go back to Barbados it's absolutely amazing, but please folks run like the clappers in the other direction from this hotel.

    Surprise Birthday Getaway

I booked this holiday as a surprise for my partners 50th Birthday. I had my mind set on taking him to Barbados but having not been to the island for over 26 years was unsure on where to stay without breaking the bank. I finally decided on CCBH. I had gone through all reviews on TA (good & bad) and even though I was very apprehensive due to some of the bad reviews i went ahead and booked room only through TUI....... No need to have worried one bit as this hotel was absolutely outstanding in every way. From the moment we checked in until the time we left everything was perfect for us. This hotel is right on the beach with views overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters. The beach is quite honestly out of this world, very clean with lots of beach beds available. There are no parasols however if the sun gets a bit too much there is a lovely shaded area underneath the beach almond trees. Beach bar was fantastic and the staff were always very professional, courteous and friendly. Our room was situated on the top floor of the third block and even though a little dated was very spacious and absolutely spotless. Huge comfortable bed lots of storage and a little kitchenette which had toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer. Also, utensils such as knives forks spoons and plates provided. The only thing missing was the kitchen sink, but not a problem for us as we just washed our cups/plates in the bathroom. We were told that all blocks apart from ours had been recently renovated and now have sinks in the kitchenette area. Block 3 is being renovated Sep 2019. Bottom line.. I would highly recommend this lovely family run establishment for first timers to the island. We will definitely be returning but will book direct through the hotel next time. See you soon CC we had the best time but now suffering with a bad case of the holiday blues 😭

    Holiday/ wedding

Coconut court hotel is a great place to stay. All staff are so friendly. We decided at last minute to get married and the wedding planner Donna sorted everything out for us. We can’t thank her enough. The rooms were spotless every day, and the food was tasty!! We went on Teds Tour which was fun and we went on a catamaran. We made some friends who took photos of us whilst getting married on beach. Thank you Debbie and also Sarah and Paul. You made the both of us feel special with all your kind words.. And so now we are looking to go back next May for our 1st Anniversary ❤️❤️❤️
