Jun 18, 2025One of my Family's Favourite Trips Yet!!!!!!
My family and I had an incredible vacation for our first time at this resort! The entertainment staff, Eddie, Charlie, Diago, Palenia, and Leo were amazing; they all knew how to bring the best energy to each activity, and day, making the pool and beach area an entertaining, fun, and interactive activity space!! All staff members at this resort were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Our family enjoyed almost every meal at the BeLoved Restaurant, the food was delicious and the staff made each meal all that more special; Alix, Esther, Victor, and Sandy were so kind and happy, which made the atmosphere of the restaurant all that more beautiful. Having to leave after our full week's vacation was the worst part of our holiday. I know our family will be back at Catalonia Royal Tulum Resort!!! Thank you again to the entertainment staff team and the Beloved restaurant staff members for making our family vacation one to remember with the best memories!!!

Catalonia Royal Tulum - Round 2
Although my phone broke early in the trip, special thank you to PAULINA, DIEGO, and the rest of the amazing entertainment team for providing such memorable experiences. The team was active in getting guests to take part in the various fun, engaging activities CRT has to offer. I loved participating in the Aquagym, beach/pool volleyball, painting on the beach, and horseshoes (to name a few). My favorite activity was playing in the Olympic Games on Team Fireball with captains PAULINA and LEO. I liked the teamwork aspect and we won!!! Shout out to GEORGINA for providing excellent service around the pool area, too. CRT has a variety of nighttime entertainment. My fiancé and I enjoyed the Neon Glow Night, Pool Party, and of course the Mexican Night. Once again, the entertainment team did a wonderful job hosting the different themed nights and parties. The activities and nighttime entertainment were gamechangers and made our trip even better than the last!! We already miss CRT and hope to return soon!

Catalonia royal Tulum
stayed at Catalonia Royal Tulum from June 14–21, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort is absolutely beautiful, located in the heart of Tulum with stunning beaches, lush surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. What made this trip extra special was the entertainment team. A huge shout-out to Paulina, Eddy, Ibrahim, OK, and Charlie — they were so warm, kind, and full of energy. They made every activity fun and memorable. You can tell they genuinely care about guests having a great time. The food was also fantastic. Each restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and offered delicious meals with top-notch service. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun, and welcoming resort experience in Tulum, I absolutely recommend Catalonia Royal Tulum. I can’t wait to come back!

Best Entertainment Team
This is truly an amazing hotel! From the food, activities, service, and entertainment team (with all their fun games and activities) - all was just perfect. The entertainment team was super attentive and friendly. Ensuring everybody has a good time and inclusive to all. Special shoutout to the members: Edgar, Paulina, Abraham, Charlie, Diego, and Tita. In my personal experience, the entertainment is a huge factor of what makes or breaks a hotel, and the entertainment staff exceeded those expectations. Such a fun and vibrant crew!

Looking forward to come back!!
We tried almost all restaurants and the one we liked more was the steakhouse. The attention from Flaviano was amazing, the best. Also Alondra was very attentive and always with a big smile. The resort is very clean and the people is very friendly. The room was big and the bed comfortable
