Every bit of Royal Catalonia Tulum is perfecto! The staff is exemplary, the accommodations are well appointed and the restaurants are superb! By far, our favourite adults-only all inclusive resort! Quinztabel and Angeles from the La Palapa buffet were an outstanding part of every morning! We love the location, too! Paulina, Tita and Diego from the entertainment crew were amazing! A quick ride on the Collectivo got us to a day trip in Playa del Carmen and on a subsequent day, we played at Akumal Beach and at delicious pasta in the town of Akumal. A perfect vacation! We’ll return!

Premier Service
I was greeted by Victor at the front desk and he catered to my friend and I for the whole duration of our trip. Victor was extremely attentive and did his best to accommodate our every need. He helped us with making dinner reservations for the three nights we stayed and walked us to dinner each night. He made us feel special and never once made us feel like a burden. Always extremely polite, with a smile on his face. I was impressed by the level of service by the whole Catalonia staff. Every person we encountered was absolutely wonderful. Another thing I noticed was how clean and well kept the grounds were. That is so important while being away from home and it is obvious everyone cares about their job and making sure visitors have a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Vacation
Fantastic experience! Thank you for your wonderful care Beatriz (with your wonderful recommendations in Tulum), Marcy (with your guidance with collectivos), Antonio (for massage therapy), Priscilla and Charlie (for aquatic exercise fun)! Looking forward to return someday. Highly recommended!

Dreamcation to rest, disconnect and have fun
Paulina, Charlie, Diego and all other folks were amazing! Very kind, funny and always here for any question. The other big plus is the food. The palapa buffet has always been top notch with a large choice of food. Can't wait to come back <3 thanks again for everything

BEST STAFF EVER
I have been to this resort numerous times. I have also been to several Catalonia resorts. We always come back here. The property is amazing. The staff is second to none. Everyone is so hospitable and always smiling and wanting to make your stay as nice as possible. ALL of the staff is wonderful. Alexandro is always there for us. He makes sure we are having a great time and is willing to help us with anything we need. CeeCee, Maria and Maylen are rays of sunshine. They are so cute and we enjoy being around them. They always made sure our spot on the beach was available and taking care of reservations etc. The food everywhere was fabulous. Beloved is always so good. Queztebel (probably not spelled right) is at the buffet. She always greets with a smile. I always have to get a hug. I love all of the staff. We plan on coming back in September. It is absolutely our home away from home.
