    Great hotel !!

    Jacqueline at the beach bar is very kind and helpful always there for drinks if you need it, the teppanyaki is such a great restaurant also

    The best bartenders

    The bartenders at bar margaritas were amazing! Yair, Rafael, Jacqueline and Aracely were all amazing! Yair remembered our drink orders after just the 2nd time out! I love Catalonia

    Tepanyaki experience

    We went to the Tepanyaki experience and Chef Lorenzo was a great host and did a great show for the entire table, we were 4 different families and he did a great job of all of us to feel welcomed. Great skill. Also Alejandro did a great job servicing everyone.

    Best beach staff!

    Our beach staff was fantastic! Jaquine, Itzel, orlando and manicruz took care of us and were very personal! They made our stay!

    Fantastic

    Staff was always very friendly. Luvia at the front desk was always very helpful with my requests, and Jésus at the pure bar by the beach was great as well. Hotel facility was gorgeous. Lots of food options, all delicious. Arômes cafe staff were all superb.
