This trip was amazing!! Had so much fun with all my friends. Fabricio was the best, so friendly and fun. Really made our experience great. We recommend this to anyone. We felt so safe and it was so clean and the staff was great. It’s beautiful every where and the room service was great

Great entertainment crew
Fabrisio was amazing and made our trip so fun. He mad the activities so much fun and was a joy to be around. The hotel had amazing staff and food. I would definitely come back and recommend it to family and friends. We had so much fun and can't wait to visit again

Vacation in March 2025
Fabricio is the best entertainment staff I have ever experienced!!! We love him so much♥️♥️ he is always welcoming, friendly ,and is willing to play our music, intrigue us to participate in the activities and music events. He should be promoted to the best staff member of the year! We loved our room, staff, bars, drinks, and people we were surrounded by!! Thank you so much for the special stay with so many memories!!!

First international trip in Mexico
The wait staff was the best. Very courteous and very friendly. Naz and White Ross were the absolute best and very funny and humorous. Alejandro in Players was a blast as well. Luis in Ayami did his best impression with Asian dishes. Alejandro in Beloved was very courteous, friendly and kept the double espresso shots coming.

I had heard and read negative reviews about the Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres but something told me to give it a shot in February 2025. Nearly everything about the hotel was great especially for the price. The rest of the hotels in Costa Mujeres cost way more. The hotel is new, the rooms are all actual suites and the food hall restaurant layout is cool. The service at the Italian place as someone else said is amazing. Even though it's a family-friendly resotrt, it's not overrun by armies of young children. I was in Cancun for dental work so I valued the calm nature of the resort. If you are looking for a party place, don't stay in Costa Mujeres. That's what the hotel zone is for. It could've been a perfect stay except for one awful flaw: I got bit up my first night and thought I had gotten them by sitting out at the beach at dusk. So I bought mosquito repellent the next day and lathered myself in it every night before I went to dinner. But every night I kept getting more large bites that were incredibly itchy. One night I noticed blood on the sheets and thought it was an old stain instead of my own blood. I had to extend my trip and got a better deal at my favorite hotel, the TRS. Just after checking in I was changing and that's when I saw the telltale cluster of BEDBUG BITES. Essentially I had been fed on every night in my room at the Catalonia Grand. Since that time I tried reaching out to them and either no one answered or I was told the manager wasn't there. So hopefully they are addressing it but in case not, avoid Room 4216. Bedbugs can happen anywhere, but it’s how the hotel deals with the situation that is important and it’s too bad this time that this particular hotel wasn’t overly concerned.
