Amazing Family Holiday
6 adults and 2 children travelled in July for a week and what an amazing week it was. Pools - All lovely, no problem getting sun beds, cocktails are the swim up pool, clean with helpful staff. Rooms - clean, bright, had eveything you needed. Cleaned twice daily. Good wifi & air con. Food - We tried all the restaurants in the all inclusive apart from the sushi one as it was closed for maintenance. All were good apart from the Mexician which wasn't to our taste. The views from the restaurants in the marina and the old square were stunning. Only tried the food trucks at the beach on our last day - so wish we had tried them sooner Pizzas were great. We also tried the horse riding, shooting, driving range, spa & kids club while we were there all great and would happily do them all again. Our 2 and 5 year were especially well looked after when pony riding. The staff were so good to them and the pony and horse were really well looked after. Overall we had the best holiday and would love to return soon. The girls loved the golf buggies and were very sad to leave.
Great 5 starts resort
The location is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing. Altos de Chavon city is beautiful. The Teeth of the Dog golf course is magnificent. The VIP staff Ladies Mayte, Clamilys and Dhayrobis were great! I will be back!
I have been to several resorts on different Caribbean Islands, and this was by far the best in every way. The only improvement I would recommend is that you should offer an alternative restaurant breakfast option to the $30+ per person buffet in Lago Grill. We are a family of 5 who like to have just cereals and toast sometimes and it was ridiculous that we had no option but to pay so much for our breakfast. As there are so many great restaurants at Casa de Campo, why don't you offer lighter breakfast options somewhere else?
We have stayed at this resort 6 time's and will be heading back there the end of Sept for #7. I read a post on here that the all inclusive was a "Classic Bait and Switch", I am here to tell you that is absolutely not the case at all. This is a Resort Community, with many restaurants and amenities for residents, which are also accessible to its guests. Yes, all the restaurants have menu's with prices, but as a guest with the "Inclusive Supplement", all you do is sign for everything. The Only actual buffet, like most all inclusive resorts, is at Lago Grill for Breakfast and Lunch, other than Breakfast, there are many options for every other meal. They give you a card, you simply give it to pay for food and beverages, simple as that. The best thing about Casa De Campo, over all other Resorts in the DR, is that it has a private security force and a very high end clientele, you never know who you might run into on the golf course or at the marina. There are very exclusive residents, who like it to remain that way, that is why it is very safe and private, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESORT!!!!
Continues to be my Highest Ranking Hotel
This was the second time in visiting Casa de Campo for a Business Conference. The Service and Food quality gets better every year. Their Beautiful Golf Course and Views and Exceptional staff makes this hotel the best in the whole Caribbean. The level of service and kindness is like no other they truly cater to all your needs and always exceed your expectations. I would like to thank Humbersto Silvestre for always being available to assist and cater to my business group need's and requests. Casa de Campo Resort and Villas continues to impress me as one of the highest True Services Experiences if have encountered at any resort. Thank you Casa de Campo administration for making our Business Conference an unforgettable experience.
