    Wonderful brief stay

The renovated hotel was very nice. The rooms spacious and clean. The staff helpful and pleasant. The beach/pool area was on the smaller side, but for a short visit was perfect. We will definitely stay again when in San Juan.

    Quick winter getaway

We are returning guests to this fine property. Everything seems in order since the extensive repairs from hurricane Maria. We are Hilton honors guests and were upgraded to a lovely room. Bed very comfortable . Bathroom spacious for two . The shower water pressure was exceptional . Breakfast buffet delicious and plentiful. Service is first rate . Everyone pleasant and courteous . Concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable . Daniel was very helpful with a tour and dinner recommendations . Pool service was prompt and efficient. We like the location very much . Short cab rides to town and Condado. We would come back another time for a quick getaway from winter up north! Very pleased

    Great Bar Service

Andrea and Efrain made our trip extra enjoyable. We had a group of eight people and they were always so friendly, incredibly warm and offered great advice regarding local attractions and food. The two of them were the highlight of the resort in my opinion!

    Best Hotel in Town

I stayed here for 6 nights wrapped around a 9 day tour of the island. The hospitality was great, although the desk could not guarantee the room I had reserved. Count on Monique at checkin if you need help. None of the rooms fully face the ocean since the buildings are slanted. I stayed in the Beach view building, although all rooms are partially blocked by the roof below the balcony. Choose an even number room to face the private beach. Odd number rooms face the water and a relic of an old fort. The lobby is luxurious, but skip all the restaurants. The food is awful. Instead, grab a $12 cab for a 5 minute ride into Old San Juan or eat across the street from the hotel at El Mercado, an upscale food court. I had a fab seafood dinner there and Alto Grande coffee. For a casual inexpensive breakfast where locals eat, try Cafe Tropical, a tiny place with the yellow awning across the side street from the hotel.

    Room 1463

I recently stayed here for business travel. This room is located on the Wave side of the hotel. While the room has an ocean view, I would say it certainly not the best view of the beach because it so far away. If you want a beach view that is quiet, this is a good room. If you want a room that has the view but also a closer view of the pool and the ocean, this is not the room for you. My stay was good. The room was comfortable. It has a refrigerator but no microwave. It also did not have robes in the room.
