Alexa at the Cabana pool is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The staff is great here. The only downside is watching live TV, it keeps freezing. Not great when trying to watch live sports. But 💯 other than that.

An excellent Family vacation in Miami beach.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful...Alexa and Angelo are pool attendants and are really helpful.... the rest of the staff too also especially at the Bungalow bar and restaurant ... Wesley, Martin , Jessica, Isha,silvana, chin and patrik... would highly recommend the Cadillac Hotel and will definitely be returning..

Oct 26, 2025Disappointing stay at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club
My wife and I have been to the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach FL a few times over the last 5+ years. We've stayed there at least 3 times, including this past weekend for two nights. We've also been there for the beach club. The entrance in front of the hotel is simply not big enough to handle arriving guests who - like us - want to valet park. Friday evening we had to wait in our car, in the street, in a live traffic/bus lane, just to pull into the entrance to the hotel. Initially, we only saw one valet. The whole process just to get to the registration desk took 15 to 20 minutes. Not a great start. The hotel is nice, but like many oceanfront facilities, hard to maintain in the sun, wind, and sea salt air. The Cadillac is not keeping up; things are staring to look worn and in disrepair. The lock on our sliding glass door in our room did not work. Saturday night before heading out to dinner, we asked for clean towels for the morning. That didn't happen. The semi-self service market/coffee shop off the lobby automatically adds 20% to the bill. Really? So if you select a drink (like water, seltzer, etc. from the shelves), they add 20%?! We're Elite Marriott Bonvoy members (or something like that). Didn't really feel like it. Probably won't be going back.

I was so excited for my first trip to Miami and this hotel almost ruined it. Firstly, we check into our room and try to shower off and the bathroom floods. We then have to wait for maintenance and house keeping to clean up the mess. We then get switch rooms and our second room was genuinely half the size of the first room and no refund on money. Our seconds room tv had no volume so we had to call maintain(all in the first 5 hours). A day goes by and we try to get ice, ALL THE ICE MACHINES ARE DOWN. They are covered in black mold and you have to wait for the front desk to bring you ice. I also was hung up on 2 times by the front desk simply requesting more towels and ice from them. If it wasn't for the fact that the stay was Un- refundable, i genuinely would have booked a new hotel. Don't even get me started on the $88 dollar mojito pitcher we payed for. I would expect these small things from a more affordable hotel.
