The stass could not be more friendly or professional. They are happy to do whatever is necessary to meet your needs. The gym is exceptionally well-outfitted and easy to access. The equipment is fully functional. The equipment and space are clean. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service at this Adult Playland
Excellent service. Excellent programming. Beach in poor shape due to recent hurricane. Otherwise a fantastic experience. Shout out to Polo, who took care of us poolside, Manciel “Manny” who kept up entertained, Charlie-Boy who kept us topped up at the beach, Pascal, who kept us fed every day at Spoon and a lovely front desk team member Andrea. Thank you all for your professionalism, joy, and kindness.

There was nothing breathless about breathless, except for the view from the exhale pool restaurant. There is no luxury exclusivity in the exhale club, it is not worth your money. After waiting in the exhale concierge lounge for more than an hour for a room, only to get to it and it smells, damp, musty. I could not call anyone because neither of the phones worked. Back to the concierge, who advised the situation and you guessed it, no more rooms. Back to the room sanitizing, spraying down, I pull the comforter back, spray, the top sheet back and there are 2 stains on the sheet, the glass shower walls are dirty (later to find out the dirt is actually stained in the glass). Yes, I tried to scrubb it. Vaca mode is now gone. Tolerable food: buffet, Hibachi (reserve every night for your dinner during your stay), exhale pool restaurant lunch - shrimp tacos. All food portions are small and if you get the attention of your waiter order everything you want at that time, there's no telling when they will be back. The beach as you have probably already read inundated with seaweed. Swimming is not an option, the water is not blue but the birds love it. I should have taken my money and stayed elsewhere, maybe near the public beach in Cancun where I actually laid out and swim in the ocean on 1 day. Dec 05, 2024Not a relaxing experience. Needs to be advertised as a party zone
The name implies a relaxing adults only experience. However, targeted demographic was obviously 20-30 year olds. There was extremely loud party music throughout most evenings and pool time. There were few other options for entertainment. The Queen show was good. Food options good except there was no chicken for most of the week. No buffet available for evening meal. The resort is located a significant distance off the main highway on a questionable road. Sections of the road were under water after a rain. Taxi rides to Puerto Morelos and Cancun were extremely costly. Excursion we took from resort was good. Staff was excellent: helpful and friendly. Room and resort were in excellent shape and clean.

Average all inclusive with below average food and drinks. Beach has a lot of rocks and not great for going into. If you're looking to get drunk all day by the pool drinking Cuervo and eat average food this is the place for you. We had expected great meals and well made cocktails as this is supposed to be a five star but we were disappointed.
