    Sun, Fun, Entertainment & Relaxation!

    Breathless Mobay is one of my favorite resorts! Everything from the guest service, rooms, entertainment staff, food and vibes is literally Breathless! Our room was amazing and nothing better than a relaxing dip in the tub on the balcony. The staff is top notch for any of your needs may be. The food is FANTASTIC at all of the restaurants, plus you have full access the resort next door which gives you the calmness of relaxing at the beach. There is ALWAYS something to do on the entertainment board whether it is enjoying a pool party, catching a morning work out or learning some new dance moves with the entertainment staff. I highly recommend this resort as a trip with your significant other or a group of friends looking to enjoy the sun and fun!

    Ms. Bird flies solo at Breathless

    Refreshing...Invigorating...Sensual...Lively...Friendly are just a few words to describe my recent visit to Breathless, Montego Bay. The accommodations were most delightful. The daily activities were fun and well expedited. The variety and availability of the additional services was great and the flexibility to experience Secrets was a nice touch, though I found Breathless much more exciting and spent my time there. As for the people: - Daemon was one of the first people I encountered and I think all guests should be so fortunate to be graced by his sophistication, resourcefulness and kindness. He set the tone for my stay at Breathless on a lovely note. Thank you Daemon for all your help ! - Taesha greeted me at the front desk and was very supportive and patient when I needed help contacting my bank. Her smile and manner were lovely and remained that way throughout my stay. Thank you, Taesha ! - Tashae was referred to me to help with any details as she was at the VIP desk. She was also very patient and became a point person throughout my stay to guide me in directions I wanted to go. She was the reason I was able to have the vacation I wanted because she helped to make the necessary connections. I also looked forward to seeing her bright, beautiful face each day going to and fro. Thank you Tashae for all your help ! - Kimsan was a gem of a woman because I didn't make her job easier by not being available all the times she was reaching out to help me. As I mentioned, I don't like the notion of "butlers" but understood how she could help me navigate through all that Breathless had to offer, which was a lot. She helped me do the particular things I loved to and wanted to do but needed some assistance. She found a particularly wonderful book for me to read and arranged my specific meal requests to be met each morning. I wish she hadn't been off most of my stay because while the others were absolutely wonderful, I enjoyed her guidance. Thank you Kimsan for all your help ! - Da'vid had a finesse to his service that I thought was remarkable. I told him he reminded me of my best friend who was at least 40 years his senior in his mannerisms and professionalism. He was also very responsive and extremely accessible because Kimsan was off and I needed help with a few things. Da'vid was patient and very friendly in guiding me around and offering suggestions of service as well as thoroughly explaining what was offered to me. Thank you so much Da'vid for all your help !! - Slim J was the DJ that saved my life every night. I attended the Black, White and Purple parties while there which were big fun. Slim was adorable, accommodating with all my requests and knew his stuff. I don't play when it comes to dancing and music and I was thoroughly satisfied with his skill. Thank you Slim for all your help ! - Camille is who you want to see to book any excursion. She read me like a book the minute I walked in and knew exactly what to suggest and what I already wanted. She knows her stuff and the adventures I booked (Martha Brae and Glistening Waters) I highly recommend. Thank you Camille for all your help ! -April in the convenience store was most helpful with all my questions for personal and Ladies items and I had a delightful conversation with her. Thank you April for all your help ! - Omar offered me a ride as I was on my way to dinner at Oceana. I planned to walk but was glad he gave me a ride because I really didn't know where I was going. He gave me a mini tour of the grounds on our way and even offered to pick me up and bring me back when I finished dinner. How he timed precisely when I was finished eating I don't know. I only know I took the last bite, looked up and saw him pulling right up. He was very focused and attentive and brought additional items I needed to my room. Every time I passed him, he was hard at work, but stopped to smile and say hello which was kind. Thank you Omar so much for all your help !! - Nekeisha in the spa was an absolute Angel and GOD-send. She is the person you want to have a spa experience with. It was ONLY because of her that I booked 3 additional services after a complimentary massage with her. Her hands are healing, her manner is tranquil and her personality is glowing which is how I felt when my appointment with her was done. I could go on and on about how wonderful she is, but just take my word on it. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment for the spa...with Nekeisha. Thank you, Beautiful Woman, for all you do and did for me ! -Sashawna, in my one encounter with her, is considered a culinary prodigy in my opinion. This woman didn't know what to expect when I asked to speak to her, but she came out pleasant and attentive. I'd gone fishing that day and got my hands on some Blue Marlin. I was excited to plan what I wanted to do with that fish and Sashawna was so up to the challenge with me. She listened so intently as I gave her the specific ingredients I wanted to use and then when I asked for her input and suggestions, she took it to another level. I could tell it was going to be good and I waited in anticipation thinking room service would drop it off, but Dennis delivered it special himself. All of it was so exciting and Sashawna's execution was on point and gave me mouth-gasms. Yes, I said mouth-gasms because that's how pleasurable the meal was to see, touch, feel and of course...taste. This woman was delightful and ingenius and I hope Breathless realizes that she has a lot to offer and should be recognized for her hard work. Thank you Sashawna for all your help! - Dennis was fun and funny as well as professional. He was off a few times during my stay and I wish I'd had more opportunity to get his guidance as well. He was so kind, attentive and responsive. He all but anticipated what I needed and brought it to me before I had a chance to ask him. He was most helpful my last day during checkout as he helped me get ready and had me laughing as I was finishing packing which helped me forget that I was leaving all this fun I'd had. Thank you Dennis for all your help ! Last, and certainly not least, I know Mr. Neville does not work for Breathless but he is a Driver Extraordinaire and so much more than that. He helped me do ALL the things I wanted to do while there and I am most grateful to him for that. He is the person you want to take you where your heart desires. I'm glad that Breathless was smart to employ his services. Thank you Dearest Mr. Neville, I will miss you ! THANK YOU BREATHLESS MOBAY FOR GOING BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS.

    Didn't leave us Breathless...

    We selected breathless as a 3 day honeymoon after our wedding celebration with family and friends in Negril at another resort. We made this selection based on reviews and also my previous experience at Breathless Punta Cana a few years ago where I had an amazing experience. There were a few things which I will list below that were less than desirable about the Montego Bay location which we were willing to let go until during our checkout process we encountered an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing experience. Upon checkout, we completed the survey and attempted to pay the balance of our stay with my RBC visa card (It does not have a PIN associated with the card and I have never had a problem when I press OK when it asks for the pin - in fact, I used it at the Hard Rock twice during our visit with no problems and also for our whole stay in Negril with no issues). The machine would not process the card, and when I asked the staff if they would manually key in the number they responded that it was hotel policy to not do this. I understand the reason for the policy, however we were beginning to run late due to the issues for our plane and when I spoke with the Manager Jason, he said he was not able to do anything about it due to the policy. My husbands card had been damaged and was missing the chip so this machine would not accept our alternate form of payment. We continued to request the card number be entered manually so we would not risk missing our flight (I know this is able to be done as I was a bar manager for 10+ years). I asked Jason what the protocol is since we were not able to pay and he asked me to call my bank or walk to Secrets to take cash out. I declined the ATM option since it would charge us for international cash advance nor did we have time to walk across the street at this point. I asked if we could call a family member to have them pay the balance for us and he said they would have to email a link as they couldn't take the number over the phone. I requested that he then send me the link so I could process my own card that way. He hesitated and said "it would be a long time" (not sure why) - I insisted he start the process and he disappeared into the back. 20 mins went by and we were becoming increasingly more frustrated the closer we were getting to our flight I asked to speak to the manager and he indicated he had not yet sent the link (no idea why) and offered no way to help. I had since called RBC to check on what to do and they said the resort could enter the card number manually. The manager still declined and offered no help whatsoever. He stood there and looked at us scramble the whole time. As you can imagine, our stress level was running high as we were less than 2 hours to our departure time at this point and had no idea how we were to make the payment. Our butler, Antwone who was great was also embarrassed that this was the way the staff was treating us. The service on my cell phone was in and out and being that I was on the phone with RBC, I had to walk in and out of the front lobby of the resort. At this time, we noted that the police had shown up and were standing armed watching us. Our butler mentioned that they had called them because of us. In my opinion this behavior is extremely unprofessional - my husband and I acted in no way as a threat , nor did we even raise our voices and we were treated like criminals by the resort staff which not to mention is extremely scary and embarrassing, especially with a number of other guests around. As I previously mentioned, we chose to celebrate our honeymoon with Breathless and were also extremely disappointed in the level of acknowledgement of this special event for us. I listed it in our reservation and also mentioned during our check-in process. We by no means expected much but since it was a special occasion we thought there would be at least acknowledgement. We saw multiple "Birthday Bash" banners on doors etc. around the resort but were not once wished a happy honeymoon. We were also disgusted by the level of moisture that remained in the room which always felt damp, even the sheets. There was also a considerable amount of what looks like black mold forming on the wood paneling in the room which is an extreme safety hazard for guests (I have attached photos below). A few other issues we encountered during our stay: 1) Mini bar was only properly stocked once during our 3=day stay (and not even fully stocked when we first arrived) 2) Trying to get towels was extremely difficult - multiple requests needed and we only were given hand towels at check-in which were never replaced. 3) Room was only cleaned once during our stay - only after we requested it. The girl that came to clean was great (didn't catch her name but she cleaned 5418 on Friday Nov 29th) was very polite and asked to make sure there was anything else we needed before she left. 4) paid for butler service for the whole trip and didn't receive the phone until 4pm the next day after check-in. 5) For a company that prides itself in sustainability and being environmentally friendly it was rather appalling to see that room service was delivered with EVERY item plastic wrapped. The room service was also terrible - microwave pre-processed food.... GROSS 6) at check-in at 3pm we were told our room was not ready because they "only had one cleaner on" and we were asked to wait. After an hour I had to go ask and they said our room had been ready and they were looking for us yet we were seated in the front lobby the whole time. We did have a great time at the pool and enjoyed the daily entertainment as well as the service provide by our butler when we finally met him. Fishnets restaurant was also great as well. However, we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay based on the description above and the way we were treated by management and front desk staff, especially upon exit.

    Awesome trip!

    Our service was perfect from the start: we were greeted with chilled towels and local beverages. Our room was amazing! It had a wonderful view and ambiance. We loved the balcony hot tub too! The resort staff are very friendly and welcoming. I loved the morning DJ, and our breakfast buffet was delicious. We liked every restaurant: we tried a new place everyday, so lots of options! We didn't have any issues finding a space on the beach, so plenty of cabanas and chairs with umbrellas (I need to be in the shade!). My husband and I went kayaking and paddle-boarding onsite (included in cost), which was fun and convenient. We stayed a full week, and everything we needed was at the resort!

    Great Butler ....... Krishna

    Extremely helpful and informative he made sure to make contact multiple times daily and made arrangements for all meals and services pointed us in the right direction made for a really easy as. Smooth time even setting up our anniversary decorations from and bubble bath just can’t say enough about the butler The resort was a beauty the name tells you all you need to know on that it’s connected with 2 other resorts so has ton of options and space to roam around eating and spend the day all the while still being pampered and serviced from bars to restaurants all inclusive you get the full resort feel
