    READ BEFORE YOU GO - Not as advertised!

    -Terrible entertainment (pretty much zero) during the day is a trivia game and at night is a dj ,,, not sure the purpose of your entertainment staff because they really didnt do anything and did not even want to interact -There were drink options that the bartenders were not suggesting on purpose until i saw it being unloaded and asked for a heiniken at which time the bartenders were hesitant to give. After we finished that 6-pack there were mysteriously no more heinikens for the rest of our trip -you have 1 server for the whole pool area, only on our last day we had a server come check on us repeatedly. before that you were lucky if you were even asked once. i would go by myself to get a drink and it would take 20 mins at time because there was only one bartender. - You do not have 3 pools for guests to use (as advertised) one pool by the beach, and then a pool on one rooftop that has 20 chairs for the general public and 70% requires $250 for a cabana. the third pool can only be used if you sit in a 2 hour meeting -You have restaurants that are NEVER open. you advertised 6 or more restaurants yet the fish one and Mediterranean were never open during our stay. The mexican one is sometimes a buffet and sometimes a restaurant (didnt get to try the restaurant because that day it was a buffet) and the french was only open on 1 of our 4 nights. we came to mexico to have authentic mexican food and ended up eating at the buffet and the italian resturant twice. NOT AS ADVERTISED -This hotel is adult only yet you fail to mention that there is a public access right next to the hotel and there were many children running on the beach in front of you and splashing in the water until late night. ALSO all day long on either ends of the hotel beach, you have catamarans sailing in and out (not relaxing at all and very very busy) ***NO HOTEL WRISTBANDS EITHER**** (security concern as there are public access from every side of the hotel This is classified as a 5 STAR?.... I would be generous to give it a 3 star as the rooms and cleanliness of the rooms saved this property

    A Beautiful Experience From Start to Finish

    Incredible stay. By far, the best resort I've been to. The food, drinks and coffee were amazing. Phenomenal spa experience from check in, to service, to check out. Merya delivered an incredible deep tissue massage and chocolate mint exfoliation. The hospitality was noteworthy. Highly recommended.

    It was fine

    Great little resort , but not super accommodating. You are not allowed to eat around pool, liquor is obsolete depending on bar of choice at hotel. Definitely more of a hotel feel And not resort that is very large. Our flights were cancelled and instead of helping us resolve the accommodation piece they asked us to confirm back, leaving us anxious and worried. Not a great way to spend the day…

    Planning a destination wedding?

    My wife and I got married this past week with 60 of our friends and family. Mitzy the wedding coordinator was an absolute godsend. She made our experience seamless and spent hours executing every detail behind the scenes so that we weren’t stressed one bit! Breathless Cancun soul is the perfect size with so many options for your guests. Hermilio and Armando at the preferred club pool were amazing as always! This was our 3rd time at this resort and we will be back for sure!

    Bachelorette party experience!

    We always have a great experience at Breathless Soul! This time I went with 4 friends who had never been for a bachelorette party. From the moment we arrived, we knew this vacation would be special. Arvin gave us the ideal rooms for our occasion and Erasmo helped us with check in, while Johanna and Erik served us drinks from the bar in the Xhale lounge. That night, we had dinner at Fish Nets with Cesar as our server. He was wonderful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. There we also met Chef Homa and Grace, who ensured our food experience was top-notch through the duration of our stay. We had numerous breastfasts at Spoon with Luis and Fernando as our servers. We also spent lots of time at the main pool on the bottom floor where Guillermo and Thania were our servers. We spent our afternoons at the party pool where Rony, Hugo, Franky, Ana, and Alejandro made our experience truly memorable. They also showered our bachelorette with champagne to make it extra special! We had managed to get a hibachi reservation. The silk city manager, our chef, and our server Hector were all wonderful and ensured we had a great experience with even better food. We spent a morning at the Xhale pool where Hermilo, Sergio, and Armando made sure we had everything we needed. They are so great and that view cannot be beat. We had our final dinner at Spumante with David as our server. He was extremely attentive and gave great recommendations! Throughout the weekend we had the pleasure of interacting with the entertainment crew that included Javi, Daniel, Andy, and David. They are lots of fun and made sure our bachelorette party was the best it could be! Highly recommend this resort and all the people at it!
