    Overall a great vacation!

    Overall, a great vacation. We went on a group trip for my daughter‘s 30th birthday. We chose to stay in the exhale club. While, I still think it was worth the money and it’s very exclusive, beware of the perks they say they are providing. They are not all perks. You have to pay extra for those items. The buffet was fabulous, and I was surprised by that, however, the specialty restaurants were lacking. The food was not at the level I would’ve expected, and the service was lacking at times even when they weren’t busy. The entertainment was very good. The bars and drinks were great. Also loved the coffee nook. We visited all three pools and they are at the activity level pretty much described by the resort. The exhale level rooftop pool is very quiet, The main pool has fun activities without being overstimulating, the other rooftop pool is definitely the more lively of the pools. Fun place to be for whatever you’re feeling for sure. Housekeeping did a great job! This resort was very clean overall.

    Hotel stay

    Overall the experience was fabulous! Rooms were clean and plenty to do there every day. The service the food were great! Loved the entertainment team! All the guests we encountered were so nice as well. Carlos and Mel were so fun!! Will go again.

    Adult Spring Break

    I cannot recommend it enough! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a memorable time. The food was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the dessert, every bite was a true delight. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent service and ensuring every guest has a wonderful experience.

    Amazing vacation. Would definitely recommend pools are great same with the food.

    Overall the trip was amazing. The entertainment staff is unbelievable Mel, Alena, Fabian, Josque. We’re all such a treat. They made the pool fun with all the activities. The food was great would recommend silk city. The nightly shows were incredible.

    Amazing resort

    We came to the resort with a group to celebrate birthday's and our anniversary. When we booked this trip, we made the mistake of reading the reviews and went into the trip thinking the worst...but we were pleasantly surprised from day 1...The resort is beautiful and very clean,the entire staff was amazing, friendly and so very helpful. The birthday people in our group were treated like VIP guests with awesome decorations by the pool and a champagne shower😂 There was tons to do here..the food was absolutely amazing and contrary to the horrible reviews, Not one person got food poisoning. The pools were so fun and beautiful. If you come, make sure you go see Fernando at the poolside brick oven pizza spot and ask him to hook you up with the "Mexican candy" shot🤗 I can not say enough about the care we all received from the staff, especially Angel, Polo the pool waiter, Carlos the pool concierge, Fernando, and Margarito at the poolside swim up bar. They were just amazing!! The friends we came with have been coming to this resort for 5 years and we are so excited to come back next year!
