    Good Resort

    It was my son and I on this trip. It is a good resort. The rooms are a little dated, but ours was clean and fully stocked every day. The entertainment shows were great. My son loved them. The entertainers are very interactive getting people to dance and showing dance moves. My only complaint would be that we had reservations at some of the restaurants and they closed down for a few days. I would recommend this place

    We have just returned to the UK from the Be live. Overall it has been a fantastic expirence, initially we booked a standard room however we were upgraded to VIP as per my request. All staff were warm, sociable and easy to talk to. Our room service attendant was fantastic, she spoke to us every day to ensure we had all the facilities needed in our room. Hats off to the entertainment team they work day and night yet somehow are always smiling! There is a wide variety of food to chose from, safe to say I have put on a few pounds. Thank you for the expierenece Be live!

    The truth about Be Live! Punta Cana and Expedia

    Day 1 - 3 room changes. (TOTAL 6 ROOMS) Rooms very dirty, musty, dust & grime built up on furniture & bathroom vanities, humid, bedding damp, AC's broken, rooms smelled bad, pools all very cloudy with hair w/debris floating, in great need of maintenance. Photos are not realistic. Summing up Day 1 - Arrived on Monday June 10, 2019 & already changed rooms 3 times (I had 2 rooms booked -1 for husband & I & 1 for kids. Asked for adjoining. Impossible. We were offered a room for kids on entirely different floor at opposite end of building.) Left feeling very uncomfortable, slept in robes as there were bugs in bed - see pics and videos. WAY TOO MANY vendors on site. We were coerced to going to their "VIP Breakfast at new restaurant." They made "reservations" for am of Day 2. DAY 2 - Convinced "VIP Breakfast" 5 min away, but we were initially told in main building. 30 min taxi ride later, at a timeshare sales pitch. Asked to take us back many times & finally were allowed to leave after showing us 3 rooms, 30 min taxi ride back. Still had 5 more days to go. Begged EXPEDIA to help us out, NOTHING! Management slipped note under door to see them. No other rooms available except for beach front, must pay extra ( Just clean our rooms & fix AC? NOPE.) Got beachfront room & kids downgraded 6 rooms away. We paid more, no adj for kids room. 3 hours on chat with EXPEDIA, NO HELP. DAYS 3-5, slept in robes (had to beg for 2 for kids,) kicked out of beach beds unless we paid, so we did. New hotel charges of $600! EXPEDIA NO HELP! BE LIVE doesn't answer phone??

    40th Birthday Trip

    We stayed in the Adults only resort at Be Live, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! The grounds were very well kept from the pool to the rooms on a daily basis. The staff was very hospitable especially our Butler Daniel, he made sure that everything we needed was taken care of without hesitation and with a smile! The down side was that there were no 24 hour restaurants or snack bars, and there were no double beds on the adult only side so be mindful of which side you book on. Although they accommodated with a twin size bed. Overall I truly enjoyed my experience at Be Live Collections in Punta Cana and I would definitely stay there again.

    Great service, amazing beach!

    Amazing hotel, very beautiful beaches and very good service. I was in ’Adults Only’ part of the hotel, so I can tell only for the service on this part. So, my first word of appreciation will be to Claudia, hostess in the dining area! She is so welcoming and kind-hearted, she made my stay at the hotel very comfortable and joy, since I was alone and always little hesitated to be around so many noisy companies of hotel visitors. Second, the interior and exterior - modern, stylish and clean always. The food choice was very broad - Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese and Steaks. Beach is clean (if you are not afraid of seaweed) and what is important always under security! Recommendation to the management of the Hotel - consider the Claudia promotion, she is a really efficient worker for your business! I told you as a manager with the experience.
