I would never stay at this resort ever again
Worst nightmare of our lives. The rooms are Motel 6 quality at best. Service was terrible, the beach was terrible. No umbrellas on the beach. Beach lounges were so old, they smelled sour. AC went out in our room, hot water rarely worked, furniture is so outdated and old. If you're not premium... you have to pay to eat at other dinner spots. I would not consider this an all inclusive resort. Service was terrible and the people were not friendly. We had to ask to get our room cleaned because it would go days without getting cleaned. Drinks were stocked one time in 9 days. There are no waiters at the pool. You have to go get your own drinks and the bars are understaffed and slow. All in all, a horrible experience. We wanted to go home the second day we were there. The excursions are the only thing we enjoyed.

Very nice stay
Very nice stay . Certain parts of the hotel could do with an update , especially the room . Superb beach , hardly any seaweed. If there was seaweed the tractor cleared it every morning. Well looked after by Natliha Mota our guest experience person for the stay . Everything we needed Natliha took of , so a big Thankyou

Disappointed Anniversary stay.
We went there to celebrate our Anniversary. We were so disappointed in this resort. We paid extra to upgrade our room only to have so many things not work. ( the air, the toilet) and the room smelled like the septic when the air was on. Also, the food quality was NOT good at all. We couldn’t wait for the week to be over. And the resort was supposed to do something nice for our Anniversary and they did nothing. They were reminded 3-5 times. That was disappointing as well. Unfortunately, we will not return to this resort and we will not recommend this resort to anyone else.

Just Okay
This resort is affordable, but don’t expect modern facilities and good customer service. I could not get a decent cup of coffee and tho the local food is good it was just never hot enough for me to truly enjoy it. My room was quite spacious and my bed very comfy, just not modern at all.

Anniversary Getaway
This was the first all inclusive my wife and I went to together. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and an easy check in. Our stay overall was good, but I can’t say that I would return or recommend a friend to go without mentioning some of the following items to them. To break this down into some key categories: Location: Breathtaking. A gorgeous resort in a gorgeous place. The grounds were well kept and the beach was picturesque. Drinks/Bars: Outstanding. We got to try numerous drinks that fit the ticket for the beach. Having local beer was great too. The staff was always friendly and at the pool they had servers walking around taking orders which made it very convenient to relax. Food: Average. I came to this resort excited for all of the types of food to try. After day 2 there were many repetitive items including at the lunch and dinner buffets. We found many of the items were not hot enough and some not cooked thoroughly. Chez Gourmet was the best with Kyoto following. These were both great restaurants, Chez Gourmet was very fancy and had amazing food with the exception of the dessert (spongy cheesecake) and Kyoto was great and fun! Santa Fe was disappointing. These steaks were flavored well but were very tiny and you didn’t know what cut of meat you were getting like you would at a traditional steakhouse. I don’t think it helped the experience that the A/C did not appear to work when we were there. Rooms: Outdated. The rooms were much to be desired. The beds were comfortable and had a great view, but they were very dated. You could also tell that when repairs were made, it was improper. Activities: Needs improvement. There wasn’t much to do other than 2 times a day they would have a water dance class and the golf course. Activities off the resort were plentiful but at an additional cost. I wish they had more activities that brought in and taught local culture or things like yoga, beach volleyball competitions, bingo, etc.
