It's ok... Not awesome
It should be called semi inclusive. They only have one brand of beer, no non alcoholic, you need to get up at 545 am to save a seat at the pool. They need to fix that. There are no USB outlets anywhere in the room. Ocean view means you lean over the parking lot view and look to along the building to find it. Very clean and great pool area. You can only eat at 3 of the restaurants, the other 4 nights you have to eat in the cafeteria. Great location for shopping and eating. .

Avoid staying in this dump. They destroyed all of my clothing and my child's stroller and refuse to give me a refund.

Hotel very hospitable, service employees excellent. Hotel maintenance is poor and many repairs are needed. We traveled with another a couple who share the same observations.

Joyce and Trevor and Misael served us at the Royal Level Club for dinner and lunch at our recent vacation in Aruba. From the moment we entered we felt special . Their friendly faces, kindness and explorations on the menu exceeded our expectations! . Heartfelt thanks.
