All inclusive levels never offered or explained
Very disappointed in the way the all inclusive is working & with out any explanation. It’s ridiculous that you can only get draft beer unless you have a full upgrade. Draft beer makes me very ill & I asked the front desk about being able to go to a tent on the beach and get American bottled beer in a cup. Was told sorry don’t offer that service. Pretty much tough. Will make sure our Costco travel agent knows & will never be back or recommend

Zulay at the Palm (AM) restaurant is the best server..Always polite and friendly Definitely recommend Zulay if you go to the Palm ,.......,................ Mention her when you go. Never go wrong with Zulay The food at the Palm is also top not notch.

March 2025 trip
Specialty restaurants were not high quality food and needs to be easier to reserve dinner reservations

Mixed feelings
I have mixed feelings about this resort being it was our first trip to Aruba! Our room was updated to today's standards. That being said, housekeeping was not consistent. Some days we didn't get a bath mat or face clothes. Some days they left dirty towels or didn't restock the refrigerator. The buffet wasn't overly impressive but there were enough choices that you could find something to eat.The seafood and italian restaurants were very good and the service was outstanding. I also agree with the review about making reservations for the restaurants. We were told by the concierge that the times we wanted were not available even though we booked when we got there. When we finally did go to the seafood and italian restaurants they were more than 50-60 % empty? Makes no sense. The location is awesome and very close to anything. We had some issues with AC as we couldn't adjust to auto which meant AC ran nonstop. Asked 3 times over 4-5 hours and no one ever came to fix the issue. To me it's almost like no one cares, but everyone is super friendly. I would have given this review a 5.

Exceptional service! Loved dessert!
Excellent service from Joyce and Rendel when we dined at the Royal club restaurant. We enjoyed their friendly and easygoing conversation to help us choose from our menu. Earlier we had breakfast at the restaurant and again enjoyed great food and friendly although a bit formal atmosphere. We’ll be back during our stay!
