Fantastic and simple the best. I have just come back from my two weeks holiday. We have been here 2 times before. Staff, the food, drink and hotel itself is lovely and clean. I cannot fault this hotel or the staff. Don't believe any of the negative reviews as it is not a true reflection of the hotel. I think these visitors are the problem...I will be back in July 2027 for a three week stay with my family. Thank you, Grand Luxury Bahia your hospitality

Short trip
Daven and shanalee from guess relation. There’s no words to describe these two. Very attentive, to the guess needs and want. They make sure before they leave you are well satisfied. They are very knowledgeable, if only more workers were like these two.. with these two on, I will continue to patronize over and over again.

I can't believe how awful this trip has been. The front desk staff simply doesn't listen to customers, which is incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, there were so many people going through my things and taking things – my privacy felt completely invaded. And the food? It sucked! I got so incredibly sick, and I'm still feeling the after-effects even now. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I am beyond disgusted with my recent trip. The front desk staff consistently ignored my concerns, making me feel completely unheard. As if that wasn't bad enough, I constantly felt like my privacy was violated with so many people coming and going through my belongings, even taking things. And then there's the food. It was absolutely awful, and to make matters worse, I got so incredibly sick from it. I'm still feeling the debilitating after-effects, which is just unacceptable when you're supposed to be enjoying a vacation. This entire experience has been a nightmare.

The good: Views People are nice Pool is nice BAD: THE FOOD, big let down. The food is very plain and was lacking in flavor. We ate at Picasso first night and it was BAD! AND very small portions, which since it was poor tasting might be a good thing OVERALL if I'm scoring this place on a scale of 0-10, it's really a 6.5 but I'll be NICE and round it out to a 7. The food is what's knocking the score down. If the food was better, it would get an 8. I would go back to Jamaica, but I would do more due diligence and stay somewhere else.

Birthday getaway
The resort is a little dated and some of the food is bland however we still had an amazing birthday getaway. We had a garden view room which was fine because we didn’t spend a lot time inside anyway. Room was clean, AC blowing and fully stocked fridge 👍🏼. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. We’ve stayed at different Sandals resorts and Jewel grand, same service for half the price. Also we stayed on the luxury side. The show was nice but the beach party was even better. We’ll definitely go back
