Fantastic resort !! Such a lovely place with amazing staff… so much variety in food and drink, beautiful surroundings, wildlife to watch … just everything and more. Access around the resort is so easy. Can’t wait to return. If your looking for somewhere special this is it.

First of all, Carlos the manager was very conscientious. He went everywhere trying to keep standards high. We saw him at the beach, the lobby, the restaurants. He went above and beyond to help us. The a la cartes especially the Don Pablo were excellent. Don Pablo's filet was huge, tender and tasty. Very disappointing was the Tulum only tour with Coming2 company. Too much wasted time filling the bus and in lineups at the ruins. Long walk to see the ruins, only shuttle for return trip. Poor value for money. Cost for two persons $195 CAD then $48 CAD at the ruins.

Best resort in cancun
The resort, the staff the pools the food the Sandy beaches were amazing greqt place for families. There are lots of cool animals onsite for all to enjoy. Recommend this resort to all. We just booked it again for next month. Hope to see you there

Heaven in Mexico
This was our 6th trip to Bahía in Tulum- if that doesn’t say enough! From the natural beauty ocean and gardens- stunning eco friendly resort. Beach is clean and snorkeling is priceless- the plants here are remarkable. The food is amazing and plenty of variety- meals are beautiful! The buffet and service is spot on. rooms are spacious clean and comfortable with fresh stocked fridge and our maid that took such special care of all our things. The staff everywhere is helpful and friendly- allowed some grace on my Spanish. We experienced the spa - finally which was another amazing treat. Entertainment and activities throughout the day- with no reason to leave! I could go in for hours on this resort- it has never disappointed. We also have been to Coba- sister resort that you share access too and all the things apply there as well. Cannot wait to come back again next year! I’ll be counting the days.

It was okay but I wouldn’t go back. There were only four special restaurants and you could only reserve two but good luck getting a reservation . The two special restaurants that we managed to reserve, were great. We did not like the buffet which was the main place to eat in the resort for all meals. Neither the refrigerator in our room nor the phone to contact the front desk, worked. The drinks were watered down and not very good. The pools were nice and the staff was very nice. We flew into Cancun and then had much difficulty locating the shuttle that we paid for through the resort. The ride to the resort took about 90 minutes.We had paid a premium for an ocean view room. A very nice room, with apparently a great view of the Gulf of Mexico, was assigned to us, HOWEVER, it was located on the 3rd floor and my husband uses a wheelchair. There are no elevators! We were reassigned to a first floor with a view of the backs of beach chairs and could barely see the water. The resort would not adjust the price of our room.
