Beware of Coming2 (especially Franklin).
Will post a full review at the end of my stay; however wanted to immediately warn folks of the Coming2 staff in the lobbies. My partner and I asked to go to “Monkeyland” and purchased tickets and were provided with independent confirmations. On arrival we were informed that we had purchased excursions to two separate locations - I was going to Monkeyworld; however, my partner was going to “Monkey Sanctuary” (an exploitative location where monkeys are forced to live in dioramas). Then the staff told us”corrected” my confirmation to “Monkey Sanctuary”. When we tried to correct the issue the the staff told us that we should just relax and move forward with the excursion. They also refused to aknowleged the bait and switch. Be very careful when booking with Coming2 (especially Franklin), extremely dishonest and decieving. Recommend going to the check in lobby to book any excursions.

Not worth the money
far from 5 stars. For an all inclusive resort it is strange that every staff member asked for or expected money for even basic services. For a “luxury” hotel, it was interesting to find the lobbies covered in bird droppings. Good luck if you are english speaking because very few people are fluent and if they do speak they just parrot a few phrases with no understanding of that the words actually mean. When asking for directions to reservations no one was able to tell us where anything was, the servers were not able to understand our orders, and the help desk was not able to understand the issues we presented them. The room was mediocre. The mattress felt like you were sleeping on the floor and the resort seems to not to be able to afford a full set of bed sheets. If you have any breathing issues I recommend looking to book with a different hotel due to the fact that we found what looked to be black mold in the room. See the attached pictures. We did well in the casino, however there was an unannounced staff christmas party where the resort was unexpectedly shut down. We were not able to access the casino to cash in our chips and after being directed to speak to multiple representatives across the resort, we were effectively told to F off. That they would cash in the casino chips before our departure and the money was ultimately lost. For an island, the seafood was impressively terrible. We found it overcooked, rubbery, had no flavor. The fried potato’s and plantains tasted exactly the same and the wait for the inedible plates they served took over an hour to arrive at the table. Overall not impressed and would not recommend

Our advise "Don't Go here"
Awful experience, mosquitoes in the room were horrendous. Table service non existent. Hotel staff answer to everything was pay more money and upgrade to the luxury hotel next door. On the basis of this holiday will never go back, ever.... Dirty corridors, dried blood on the furnishings in the room, bathroom ceiling sagging and only sealant holding it up.

NOT worth it, will NOT return.
NO Room Service and cost more than other Bahia areas. NO place on beach to get food or drink between 6:30-10 AM ( bar opens). Ambar has a beach restaurant and a coffee shop. Aquamarine you can't even get a coffee out of machine until 7. And it's long way to beach with trolly cars never appearing or always full. They allow any color band to occupy roped off beach including that I've seen multiple families with children in the supposed aquamarine adults only area of beach, but yet they will move people from in front of privileged area even if they are way down near water. There is only 2 bars and 1 closes at 6 poolside. The mosquitoes are bad day and night.

Privilege club membership not as promised and as it was
We went in Punta Cana for the 3rd time with privilege club membership week, and the services and inclusions that we used to have are still cut. We got a broken power outlet, that was not fixed during our stay (10 days). Inclusions like having ocean view, or pool side view are never available, even if we requested it 4 months before. We asked special attention as we were celebrating our 20e wedding anniversary, and the request was ignored. Even worse, we bring a friends couple on our membership privilege weeks, and they receive more gifts than us. Nothing was done to fix the situation. Very disappointed.
