    Mom's 86th birthday celebration

    We just returned on yesterday and a big shout out to Tineta, supervisor for adjusting our reservation and relocating us to the premium side. My Mom had easier access to the beach and a shorter walk to restaurants. Another shout out to Danielle and Henllyod for assuring the resort was meeting our expectations. Heartfelt gratitude to Marion, Shanicka and others with the bday celebration surprised organized by Marion. You really made my Mom so happy and she felt your love and care. It's not often that people show kindness to others so your unconditional efforts are appreciated. I dont want to miss anyone and everyone and everything was outstanding and food was the BEST ever at any all inclusive, you will not be disappointed.

    Paradise found!

    We are a family of five and have just returned, reluctantly, from two weeks at the Azul Beach Negril. This was our first visit to this hotel and we cannot wait to go back! The beach is one of the best we have ever experienced and we are lucky to be extensive travellers. The staff are exceptional. In particular, Roxanne at The West End Grill, her beautiful smile only surpassed by her beautiful personality, Akeem at Palms restaurant, what a kind and funny young man and Cameisha at our swim up bar who made the sunny days sunnier and rainy times the best of times. My young teens adored her and even learned a little bit of Patois, in return Cameisha learned a little Irish 🇯🇲 ☘️! Thank you guys, can’t wait to see you again. Many thanks also to head concierge Kemar who made sure our stay was a smooth and happy one and to the Prestige Travelers team, the amazing butlers, Kaydeen, Devita and Winston and managers Jaime , Damyan and Shaneka who ensured we felt the value of our membership. See you all next year 🙏🏻

    Our Honeymoon

    My Husband and I came to Azul Beach Resort for our Honeymoon. It was absolutely magical. Staying at an all inclusive is always a treat, but this place goes above and beyond for you. Every single staff member there made us feel so welcome and they were all so lovely. Our two favorite gals were Cameisha and Christina! They are the kindest two bartenders and staff members we met at the entire resort. The beach here is far superior to all of the other beaches surrounding it in Negril, and it is well taken care of. There are water sports available for you right there, the only thing that bothered us were the vendors constantly heckling us to go parasailing while we were just trying to relax on the beach. That would be my only suggestion to the resort, to not allow the vendors to bother their guests, and to have motor-water sports, cruises, and snorkeling available to book directly through the resort. We can't wait to come back here, and stay in a swim up room next time!

    Another Excellent Break

    I would like to thank all the staff for another excellent stay, a big thank you to Neresha at the Mahogany Restaurant , and Roxann at the West End Corner (Great Coffee) we was treated to the Vip treatment again by Winston and Davita who are a real asset to this resort they always made sure we were having a great time true professionals , all the restaurants were of the highest standards food and service , we are members of the Prestige family and a big thank you to Shanika who does care about the members . Thank you are for a great break .

    Check in and Service!

    When I arrive my room was not ready, I arrived at 2:00 pm, they said the check in was at 3:00 pm, I had lunch and at 4:00 pm the room was still not ready. Once I was able to check in, no one actually told me about was available to me. Also I tried to reach out to the delta representative Natdria at 876-564-9239 no answer, they told me to go to the premium side lobby, no one could find her or help me. I tried each day I was there, no help from anyone.I paid for ground transportation, I arrived on Aug. 6, and waited on a large bus for 1 hour before the driver drove me and 2 other people to the hotel. I tried to reach out to Naydria at 876-564-9239 to confirm my departure date on Aug 10, she did not respond or reach out to me, I never received my tour credit or transportation back to the airport on my departure date. I had to hire a taxi and pay $100.00 US to get back to the airport, I book my trip through delta vacations, and she is a representative of delta. I do have to say the room was good and also the food. Will not return, I been to Jamaica several times, I will stick to an American owned resort. This one is European owned.
