    Perfect Honeymoon! 💞

    My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was my husbands 1st time and my 2nd time. I came here nearly 10+ years ago. I brought my husband here for our honeymoon because I had such a blast when I stayed here the 1st time. The staff was amazing and so kind. They even sent us complimentary Prosecco because they knew we were honeymooners. Ronald and Jayna aka “Mama J” made our trip spectacular because the drinks were made perfect every time. We recommend the Vow and the Aruba Mule. They were so kind and excellent at their job. We ate and drank at the bar for lunch every day. The resort was clean and staff was always around to help us if we needed anything. We recommend this resort/hotel and it is simply the best. We will be returning next year for sure!

    We have been coming to Aruba for 20 years . It’s the best island where everyone is so delightful . We’ve met so many new friends. The TRADEWINDS club is not only fun , but the meals are always so delicious. Morning noon and night!! But even more important are the people that serve u in there. All of the girls are fabulous. Margaret, Rosalinda and Jackie are the best. We’ve grown to love them. Also “Daniel” was so very very attentive and such a very hard worker. Every time we came in he was right there to bring us drinks , extra napkins , straws ect!! He couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.. also at the beachTradewinds section, Herminia would bring cold bottle waters and an ice cold face cloth to cool u down . Sylvia was also fabulous and attentive and ready at all times with our floats.. God Bless them all! 🥰🥰

    Staff-good, location- good, clean - good, beach- good, casino- good, some staff from managers- not good

    Today is November 14, 2019. I returned a couple of days ago from Aruba, where I went on my birthday with my wife and relatives. Booked in advance in the hotel Marriott rooms on the club level with sea views. Just for reference, along with a flight from New York, the cost is $ 1000.00 per day) I should note right away that despite the efforts of some hotel services, we had a good rest there, because there is more good than bad. Since it is not customary to write about the horseman, I will write about the bad. So we arrived at the hotel. The rooms will be ready only at 4 o’clock. Wait. At 4 pm we get the keys, go to the room. The room is good, only there is no sea view, partial view. We have a reserved reservation for something else, the answer is that now there is no other, but we will help, only tomorrow. Well, such small things as at least we will not say formal birthday greetings, although the class and starryness of the hotel consider this. In the evening we receive a letter asking to leave the room tomorrow at 12 noon in order to get another room by 4 o’clock. I’m calling, explaining that I won’t leave the paid room and demand to show the future room beforehand. With difficulty, but the administration agreed. The mood is amazing, we decide to celebrate the birthday the next day, because the mood is spoiled. In the morning we go to the restaurant on our club floor. I have a weakness, I admit, I like to eat omelet for breakfast. I am aware that the dish is very expensive, it is not always served, it requires special preparation of the cook to fry eggs in the form of an omelet. I taught this to my 7 year old grandson for three whole days and now he make very nice omelet. I ask the waiter, he goes to ask the manager from front desk, he comes back with the words that they don’t have an omelet. There is nothing to do, I’m already used to the idea that I’ll be without an omelet, but then my keen eye saw the waiter carry an omelet to another table. I decided to take an interest in the manager’s front desk, which already refused me this wealth (by the way her name is MARGARETT), and here I get an answer that I would never have come up with despite my age. ON THE OMELETTE, IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE MEDICAL INDICATIONS. And in general, if you want to write somewhere, write, I don’t care, and there’s nothing to talk to her about with me, so I’ll get someone more important. Ten minutes later a young man came, without a badge, so I don’t remember the name, He understood the situation. He said that it was not customary for them to order this dish, but he would find out and let me know. On the end of the breakfast, leaving I said goodbye to the manager on the front desk Margaret, but did not bother to answer, repeated and received the answer. It would be better if she said nothing again than answered me in such a tone, as if I owe to her something in this life. A few hours later, they called to the beach where I was, asked me to come and look at the room, they warned me that I could move in no earlier than 4 p.m. (it was 12 clock noon) since the room was not cleaned. I came and looked. It was what I ordered, I liked it. And the room was ready to move in, but the front desk didn't seem to know about it. Got the keys, populated. At 3 o’clock, the manager called, who told me that he had done a great job, talked with the chef, the restaurant’s manager and decided that I can order an omelet, only this should be done beforehand, the night before. At 5 o’clock they brought me a plate with the inscription happy birthday and something like a cake the size for one child. Thank. On the fourth day, another concern was realized. Preliminarily warning that for some reason it is temporarily necessary to change the chair from the desk, they took a good chair and brought a torn old one, which was disgusting to sit on.(Photo available) I travel a lot, constantly in hotels there are some questions that are more or less resolved, with an apology, sometimes played out, sometimes from the heart. Here, I came across something new that made me think about what it was, maybe over the years I stopped understanding something in this life, but people who were with me told me that they also do not understand this. Thank you Marriott for the opportunity to celebrate my birthday. I will remember it for a long time.

    Awesome Vacation

    This is our 8th year coming to the Marriott Resort &Stellaris Casino. It never disappoints from the beginning to the end. We stay on the Tradewinds level and the staff couldn't be nicer. Jackie , Rosalinda and Margaret are all extremely helpful and very pleasant. Lets not forget Herminia and Sylvia down at the Tradewinds Beach section. Herminia is always good for a laugh and surprising you with a ice cold towel with a special scent of eucalyptus. Sylvia is always willing to answer questions and give excellent recommendations for restaurants. JM a new addition for us did a great job as well.I highly recommend staying at the Tradewinds level .

    Absolutely Perfect

    This is our first visit to Aruba but definitely not the last! Marriott Stellaris is perfect in every way! The hotel was clean, restaurants fabulous, and pool was amazing! So glad we got talked out of visiting while on a cruise but instead staying here! We got to experience the island food and culture! Definitely more expensive but worth it! We can’t wait to come back!
